Das Zimmer, klein, war sehr schön. Fein duftende Bettwäsche. Das Badezimmer sehr gross. Doch auch sehr kalt. Der Boden war kalt. Die Dusche wechselte selber von sehr heiss zu sehr kalt. Obwohl keine Reception, hat das Check In super geklappt. Sehr ringhörig. Ich glaube der Mensch im Zimmer ob uns, hat das ganze Zimmer umgestellt. Die Lage ist sehr schön.

Bom hotel em um lugar belíssimo. A acomodação era muito pequena para acomodar um casal. O frigobar era uma geladeira que cabia apenas duas latas de refrigerante. O café da manhã foi bom, mas poderia melhorar. A colocação de pelo menos mais um tipo de queijo, de frio (presunto) e iogurte já ajudaria bastante.

I was very nervous about the check in process, considering the other reviews posted. We had no issues at all. There was a code sent to us, the lobby was unlocked (and unstaffed) and the lockbox with our room key opened easily. The lobby and rooms were beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay. A couple of things to note: First, Hotels.com says that late check-in is after 11 pm. The company emailed us to tell us late check-in stops after 9 pm the same day as our check-in. We had already planned on arriving past nine, hence my anxiety about it. I called the number provided at least 10 times between 4 pm-9 pm and no one ever picked up. This is aligned with other people's experiences, so buyer beware. You will be stuck if they don't email you the code. Second, once we got in the room, there were other numbers available to try to call. I tried to include the numbers but I was not allowed. If you get stuck and don't have the code, hopefully one of your fellow travelers will provide you with the other contact info that is in the room. Hotels. com really should make these available. Finally, don't rely on the hot tub being available/functional (it was lukewarm and the next day the drained it to clean it). The breakfast spread was very similiar to another location where we stayed (multiple bread/pastry products, some meat items, cheese) so I was expecting to have to substitute my own items because I have dietary restrictions but what was available that I could eat was good.

Unacceptable service – left stranded all night. We arrived around 11 PM to a completely unattended lobby. There was no staff on site, no access code sent to our email (despite bookings via Hotels.com and Expedia for two separate families), and no one answered the phone numbers posted in the lobby or our messages. Both travel sites tried contacting the hotel directly and got zero response. We were forced to spend the entire night sitting in the lobby. Charging us full price without providing room access or any customer support is complete negligence. Avoid this place. No check-in info: Neither my friend (booked via Expedia) nor I (booked via Hotels.com) received access codes before arrival. No staff or support: Arrived at 11 PM to an empty hotel. We called the number listed in the lobby repeatedly and sent messages, but no one responded. Zero third-party resolution: Hotels.com and Expedia customer service both tried reaching the hotel on our behalf, but the hotel was completely unreachable. We were forced to stay at the lobby( outside is cold) with our families for the entire night. They took our money and left us stranded without a room or any way to get help.
