Very helpful staff, but I can’t believe they gave me a windowless room for 7 nights and the elevator was broken for 3 days while I was on the top floor. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but it served its purpose.

MRTやトラムの走るメインの通りから近いので、交通の便はかなり良いと思います。ベッドはかなり小さいので、マットレスを足の方ににずらして対応しました。シャワーヘッドの角度が安定しないと書かれている方がいらっしゃいましたが、自分の部屋は大丈夫でした。冷蔵庫は無いので、冷たいものは隣のコンビニで確保です。あと、入口の扉に遮音性が皆無なので、夜中の通路の音が気になりました。寝るだけって割り切ることができるのならば、良いと思います。

MTR上環のA2出口からすぐの立地は最高に便利。初めての香港でも難なくだどりつける。部屋は超狭いが香港は一部の高級ホテル以外はこんなものだと思う。部屋に冷蔵庫とクローゼットがあると良かった。ホテルは「寝るだけ派」の人向けです。一人利用だったので特に問題はなかったが、二人分のアメニティがあったので二人で宿泊する部屋だと思う。あの部屋に二人で宿泊するのはきついと思う。

Positive aspects: staff at the reception were amazing. Bed was very confortable and pillows too. Location is perfect, super close to MTR. There are many restaurants, bakery, convenience store just walking distance. Negative aspects: cleanliness. The bathroom condition was really poor, I'm talking about mold in the cabinet. The floor was dirty it was possible to see it. The paiting on the walls really bad, behind the TV it was not painted for example, and walls were dirty. There was no refrigerator considering the heat in HKG at this time of the year, it is really an issue. Considering location and everything, the hotel should consider take care about cleaning and it will be perfect.

We checked in after 4 pm and we were offered free upgrades , we booked for 3 nights and our room is on the 9th Floor, it is quiet, room is clean, bed is really comfortable & facility are sufficient for our stay. The staff are really friendly and nice! We are very happy with our choice.

코로나 이전에 홍콩에 갔다가 가성비가 좋고 위치가 좋아 묵었던 호텔인데요, 이번에 엄마랑 다시 찾게 됐어요. 좋은 방이나 방음 같은건 신경쓰지 않는 타입이라 저희는 만족했는데 직원이 정말 친절해요. 몇년만에 재방문한 홍콩은 마치 다른 나라처럼 이전의 친절하고 행복했던 모습이 전혀 없고 매우 불쾌하고 무례한 사람들만 가득했는데, 이 호텔만이 유일하게 친절했습니다. 제가 방을 낮은 레벨로 예약하여 냉장고가 내부에 없었는데, 약이 있어 리셉션에서 보관이 가능한지 물었더니 방에 미니 냉장고를 미리 설치해주었더라구요. 정말 감동했습니다. 대신 영어가 유창한 직원이 거의 없어요.. 하지만 어떻게든 제 편의를 봐주려 친절히 대해주는 모든 직원에게 정말 감사했습니다.

Condition of room & common areas weren’t matching the expectations from the photos. Toilet was dirty, specifically having “new” stains on toilet seat, when I checked in, and this didn’t give confidence on the other areas of the room. The lights were also flicking on the floor that I’m on. The only upside to the stay? The location was convenient — but there are also other hotels of similar price ranges that boasts the convenience.

Eventually I left for another hotel. One lady on staff is very friendly, everyone else is rude. The nightmare began with an unnecessary 01:30 fire alarm evacuation because of old faulty smoke sensor happened, and from reviews seems to have happened before… Preventative maintenance is an issue. Trust just ruined from this point, now sleeping with an eye open. No hot water, at any time of the day for 3 consecutive days. WiFi was dead for all but the first day. Bed sheets given after house keeping had someone else’s blood on them.

Very poorly maintained property—shower was dirty with mildew, peeling paint, broken shower head. The room was the absolute smallest we’ve ever stayed in. Scratches and marks on the walls, dingey, felt poorly cleaned. On the upside, location was really convenient next to a metro station, close walk to Victoria Harbour, breakfast restaurant options close by. Beds were very firm and the area was quiet at night. Staff were friendly enough. Overall disappointed with value for money and would not stay there again. *** ADVICE *** GET CASH as soon as possible while STILL IN the Arrivals area (before baggage claim or immediately outside the secured zone) . Taxis do NOT take credit cards—CASH ONLY. The HK metro system is excellent and getting downtown was very fast (faster than taxi) and less expensive than taxi, by half. Study the Airport Express and metro options for getting to your hotel. Wish we had! That’s another story.

Check-in ore 18:00, check-out ore 21:00. Siamo dovuti scappare. Evitate di prenotare questo hotel a meno che non vogliate cercarne un altro all’ultimo minuto. La stanza non rispecchiava quella prenotata e la pulizia stava a zero. Abbiamo girato per la città per trovare una soluzione alternativa perdendo, tra l’altro, i soldi della prenotazione. Una volta che abbiamo detto che andavamo via perché era sporco, lo staff non ha nemmeno provato a trovare una soluzione.

MTR上環のA2出口からすぐの立地は最高に便利。初めての香港でも難なくだどりつける。部屋は超狭いが香港は一部の高級ホテル以外はこんなものだと思う。部屋に冷蔵庫とクローゼットがあると良かった。ホテルは「寝るだけ派」の人向けです。一人利用だったので特に問題はなかったが、二人分のアメニティがあったので二人で宿泊する部屋だと思う。あの部屋に二人で宿泊するのはきついと思う。

We checked in after 4 pm and we were offered free upgrades , we booked for 3 nights and our room is on the 9th Floor, it is quiet, room is clean, bed is really comfortable & facility are sufficient for our stay. The staff are really friendly and nice! We are very happy with our choice.

Very helpful staff, but I can’t believe they gave me a windowless room for 7 nights and the elevator was broken for 3 days while I was on the top floor. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but it served its purpose.

The room was fine, especially considering how cheap it was- the staff are SUPER helpful, always happy and willing to give recommendations and help you- a special thank you to Iris (hopefully that’s her name spelt right!) for making my stay so special and easy. The room was perfectly cool and I definitely would return and recommend it in the future.

Check-in ore 18:00, check-out ore 21:00. Siamo dovuti scappare. Evitate di prenotare questo hotel a meno che non vogliate cercarne un altro all’ultimo minuto. La stanza non rispecchiava quella prenotata e la pulizia stava a zero. Abbiamo girato per la città per trovare una soluzione alternativa perdendo, tra l’altro, i soldi della prenotazione. Una volta che abbiamo detto che andavamo via perché era sporco, lo staff non ha nemmeno provato a trovare una soluzione.

Positive aspects: staff at the reception were amazing. Bed was very confortable and pillows too. Location is perfect, super close to MTR. There are many restaurants, bakery, convenience store just walking distance. Negative aspects: cleanliness. The bathroom condition was really poor, I'm talking about mold in the cabinet. The floor was dirty it was possible to see it. The paiting on the walls really bad, behind the TV it was not painted for example, and walls were dirty. There was no refrigerator considering the heat in HKG at this time of the year, it is really an issue. Considering location and everything, the hotel should consider take care about cleaning and it will be perfect.

I wasn't expecting much from this place, but a few things really annoyed me about it. Firstly, they made us ay another $25 as "government tax" even though the booking had been prepaid in full. found this sneaky, Receptionist was not pleasant, the AC did not work properly and the only electrical outlet in the room was falling off so was utterly unusable, Stay away is my recommendation

Very poorly maintained property—shower was dirty with mildew, peeling paint, broken shower head. The room was the absolute smallest we’ve ever stayed in. Scratches and marks on the walls, dingey, felt poorly cleaned. On the upside, location was really convenient next to a metro station, close walk to Victoria Harbour, breakfast restaurant options close by. Beds were very firm and the area was quiet at night. Staff were friendly enough. Overall disappointed with value for money and would not stay there again. *** ADVICE *** GET CASH as soon as possible while STILL IN the Arrivals area (before baggage claim or immediately outside the secured zone) . Taxis do NOT take credit cards—CASH ONLY. The HK metro system is excellent and getting downtown was very fast (faster than taxi) and less expensive than taxi, by half. Study the Airport Express and metro options for getting to your hotel. Wish we had! That’s another story.
