The property needs much maintenance. Examples. The first room we were given, the rack for hanging up clothes was missing. A section of bricks edging the pool were missing. Bushes and shrubs around pool area are overgrown and need trimming. A laundry chute for used pool towels was padlocked and thus people just threw towels on the floor. Fresh towels for the pool were not refilled timely thus when we went to the pool there were no towels.

The area was not the nicest. We found a razor blade in the hallway that we walked down barefoot to the pool. They didn’t have any towels so we had to walk back soaking wet. Definitely could use a bit more upkeep.

Pros: Cheap, plenty of parking, convenient, fun for the kids, clean towels, and clear pool. Cons: Breakfast ain’t free ($8.95 per person), rooms aren’t sterile clean, and guests (kids) can be loud/or in the hallway. If you’re not a Karen, you’ll appreciate this place. I stayed on a Saturday night last minute with my two teens and infant for a basketball tournament! They had a blast! There was many people/kids at the pool. Pool felt great after a hot day! MaWa was right at the corner (no alcohol), but Bar with food and music at the hotel was a plus. Was room the super clean? No. Did they have hot water and good pressure? Yes. Was the bed a Tempur-pedic? No. Did the TV work and have cable? Yes. Did some of the hallways smell of smoke? Yes. Was the employees nice and helpful? Yes. Do you get your moneys worth? Yes. Hope this review helps you decide to stay here or not!

The food was expensive and terrible not even hot boiled sausage unbelievable. The pool was filthy rotten dirty, and they had stuff in the bottom of it and people kept getting cut. The water was dirty. It didn’t even have chlorine in it.

Pleasant stay. Pool and pool area was clean. Older hotel in need of upgrades but it was a nice room with working A/C. Staff was pleasant, parking was good. Many eating choices close by.

Had to have my room switched because clearly dirty bed with a dip pouch chewed on and stuck on the headboard of bed. Ice maker was broken on my floor and i wasn't aware of the fact that most of the business is from housing vouchers for homeless.

The hotel was, without a doubt, the most unsatisfactory place we have ever stayed. The sheets were stained, there was hair in the shower, a dead cockroach had crawled into a photo frame, and there was someone's old food under the bed, among other issues.

We had a nice stay overall. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the WiFi worked, and the heater kept us warm on a very cold December night. Just a couple of things diminished from an otherwise positive experience... the carpet in the hallways is badly stained, the elevators had scratched graffiti on the doors, and there were stains on the seat cushions in our room. My roommate complained of an odor in the room like stale smoke masked with air freshener (it was a non-smoking room, and I didn't smell it, but it bothered him).

When we arrive the front desk attendant was sitting in the corner asleep around 7pm. The 4th floor although the sign says no smoking smelled like major cigarettes. Everything outside of the first floor area i.e. the lobby is very dated. First hotel that I stayed in for years that shower water turned cold. Hole in the bathroom wall and someone wrote on the wall with foundation. Hotel has a bar/lounge but it was closed on a Saturday night due to the staff not coming but was open Sunday for breakfast. The room was Horrible and hotel.com need a secret shopper certain sites your team need to review.

This stay was for convenience while we attended a wedding. The bathroom had holes in the wall and a light burned out. When we moved the foot rest there was a grape on the floor from previous guests. Upon arrival the clerk was not friendly for a greeting.

Just a tired hotel, the shower diverter was broken making the shower very difficult to use, the bathroom door was shattered, the carpets felt like they haven't been cleaned since the hotel opened. There were no linens on blanket or pillows for the pull out couch, took 2 trips to the front desk to get them. The breakfast was decent and affordable.

This was the worst hotel room I’ve ever stayed in—and I travel often. To make matters worse, the air conditioning wouldn’t go below 72 degrees, so the room stayed uncomfortably warm. The room itself was extremely outdated, musty, and damp. On top of that, the pillows were tiny—more like throw pillows than proper bed pillows. Very disappointing stay.

We booked the king bed room for one night to attend a wedding a short distance away. First thought, the room needs an update. There is a soft spot in the floor about 1 foot from the bed. The air conditioning did not work correctly and the room was a constant stuffy 73 degrees.

Gave me key to a room another guest was already in. Someone else’s bags in room. DND sign was up. Could have been VERY embarrassing if they were actually in room and I barged in. Went all the way back down to get another key. Vending machines not working. Mediocre at best. Friendly staff

This was a terrible experience. Checkin was awful and they didn’t put us in the room we intentionally booked for our party size. Had to spend additional time getting switched to the correct room after they sent us to the wrong one and then said they didn’t have the one we booked available because they didn’t have the cleaning staff. The front desk people seemed like they had absolutely no clue what they were doing. Rooms weren’t cleaned when door sign was put out for them to clean, our floor always smelled like someone was smoking weed. We will absolutely never stay here again.

Was waiting for receptionist for sometime.. no one to help.. front desk recept. Went out for coffee are you guys serious!! ?? No manager !? The room smelled like poop! The tvs have no cable or anything. Only 2-3 channels were functioning

When I checked in the younger man at the desk barely spoke to me and then picked up his cell phone and began speaking to someone else in his native language while checking me in. I didn’t even have the opportunity to ask any questions. He charged my card without stating how much he would charge or if there would be a temporary hold of any kind for incidentals. He told me nothing about parking, check out time, or WiFi. I was then quickly rattled off that I had to walk down the hall to the right for the elevator. What he didn’t mention was that I had to walk down 2 hallways on the right past 3 multipurpose rooms and the bar to find the elevators. When I asked if there was a luggage cart available he said “yes but nobody brought them back” and that was that. I had manage all my luggage and extras for an event I was attending without a cart. Check in was the worst but it didn’t end there. Trying to get clean towels and extra toilet paper was another chore. I don’t think I would be staying here if my event wasn’t in this hotel but i definitely won’t be staying here next time regardless of where the event is taking place.

When I checked in the younger man at the desk barely spoke to me and then picked up his cell phone and began speaking to someone else in his native language while checking me in. I didn’t even have the opportunity to ask any questions. He charged my card without stating how much he would charge or if there would be a temporary hold of any kind for incidentals. He told me nothing about parking, check out time, or WiFi. I was then quickly rattled off that I had to walk down the hall to the right for the elevator. What he didn’t mention was that I had to walk down 2 hallways on the right past 3 multipurpose rooms and the bar to find the elevators. When I asked if there was a luggage cart available he said “yes but nobody brought them back” and that was that. I had manage all my luggage and extras for an event I was attending without a cart. Check in was the worst but it didn’t end there. Trying to get clean towels and extra toilet paper was another chore. I don’t think I would be staying here if my event wasn’t in this hotel but i definitely won’t be staying here next time regardless of where the event is taking place.

I got to the hotel around 1am. There was no staff at the counter. I called the hotel, knocked on the door, kept saying hello and each time was louder. There was no one there. It took about 20 minutes until a Winamp appeared from the back. Just to get into the room it took 15 minutes longer. I will not stay there again.

Took 2 hours to get towels and could only get 3 towels and 2 wash clothes for a family of 5 then I was told wait till 9am the next morning

Great location right on main road. Easy access to shopping and restaurants in the area. Nothing fancy but room was spacious and clean. Nice to have microwave and refrigerator in room. Couch in room is nice plenty of outlets including USB ports to charge phones. Staff very nice and accomodating. Bar and breakfast area were nice. Hotel still has some issues with transient guests but is addressing this issue at check-in. Overall perfect for my needs especially the location being less than 5 miles from my family.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and there was ample parking available throughout the day. I stayed here for a quick business trip to the area, and it met my needs. My schedule is sporadic, so it was a big help that the front desk is open 24/7 for late check ins. I will definitely stay again if/when I’m back in the area

Pros: Cheap, plenty of parking, convenient, fun for the kids, clean towels, and clear pool. Cons: Breakfast ain’t free ($8.95 per person), rooms aren’t sterile clean, and guests (kids) can be loud/or in the hallway. If you’re not a Karen, you’ll appreciate this place. I stayed on a Saturday night last minute with my two teens and infant for a basketball tournament! They had a blast! There was many people/kids at the pool. Pool felt great after a hot day! MaWa was right at the corner (no alcohol), but Bar with food and music at the hotel was a plus. Was room the super clean? No. Did they have hot water and good pressure? Yes. Was the bed a Tempur-pedic? No. Did the TV work and have cable? Yes. Did some of the hallways smell of smoke? Yes. Was the employees nice and helpful? Yes. Do you get your moneys worth? Yes. Hope this review helps you decide to stay here or not!

The hotel was dirty. One elevator didn't work. Nobody came to clean our room. Breakfast was on Styrofoam plates with plastic forks. Coffee tasted terrible. Staff was nice.

Room smelled like vape. Whole first floor smelled bad. Paint was peeling in the tub. Room was cold. Temperature was hard to regulate. Desk was dirty with food stuck on it. Door on cabinet fell off. Fridge was broken. Towels were cheap. Breakfast was not good. Eggs tasted artificial, hash browns barely warm. Ate toast and Raisin Bran and paid $7 for it.

Overall great stay in a very classic and traditional styled hotel. They didn’t have Continental breakfast on Monday or Tuesday which was the only it was drawback which was advertised

Average hotel- room was clean - carpets in joint areas were badly stained. Breakfast was decent for $10pp. 3/5… get what you pay for. Staff seemed to have better things to do - always on phone with airbuds.

I stayed there a total of 5 days. Housekeeping not once came and cleaned the room. No fresh towels. No trash removed from trash baskets. The basic services that most hotels provide were lacking here.

The only reason I’m giving this place, even 2 stars is because the room itself appeared to be clean and the sheets were clean. Everything outside of the room, however, was a disaster. I’ll sum it up like this. The police showed up and notified me that they were called at least once a week to this place-oh and the wrong card was charged, leading to additional fees. The response was “there’s nothing we can do“

It was a relatively decent accommodation for the price. Everything was adequate as we had everything we needed in the room. The main complaint I had was that the breakfast bar should be served daily, though the flexibility with checking out at a small fee was enormously helpful.
