Spa ?? Hammam et sauna à revoir d’urgence. Décoration cheap, has been. Tout ce lino, ce gris et jaune et pseudos esprits artistes. JonOne est une blague ! Et cela dit 5 étoiles ??! Même pas 4 etoiles clairement. Déception comme on nous l’avait annoncé en fait … On a vu , merci au revoir

Très bel emplacement pour cet hôtel. Séjour entre amis très sympa avec le rooftop pour prendre l'apéritif le soir et la piscine le matin pour se détendre. Le service voiturier est très utile dans le quartier pour nous simplifier la recherche de place de parking. Seul petit bémol : la salle de petit déjeuner très petite par rapport au nombre de chambres dans l'hôtel et qui est vite saturée ! Nous sommes allés prendre le petit déjeuner Porte d'Auteuil le 2ème matin car il y avait une dizaine de personne qui attendait au comptoir pour avoir une table.

Not 1 - but 2No amazing heated swimming pools. Great location next to the park and botanical garden. Close enough to walk to the Eiffel. Nearest metro just 10mins. Hard do Nord only 45 mins. Roland Garros and PSG literally around the corner. Wow.

What an iconic spot in the 16th arr of Paris. Would be perfection for the French Open someday! Loved the pool and the staff were amazing. Bar and restaurant very nice and the rooms were immaculate and comfortable. While a little distance from the main tourist spots, the Eiffel Tower was about a 45 minute walk away and it was very close to metro stations to take you everywhere. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Séjour décevant pour un 5 étoiles, réfrigérateur qui ne fonctionne pas dans la chambre et par conséquent boissons pas fraîches. Piscine fermée pour raison de travaux alors que nous avions réservé spécifiquement pour accéder au bassin extérieur, très décevant... Un service guest expérience qui nous refuse un voucher pour revenir à la piscine, ne pouvant pas y accéder durant notre séjour. L' attention client est à améliorer!

This was a wonderful experience. The pools are magnificent and the hotel has been sensitively restored. Our room was comfortable with a great view of the outdoor pool. It is 7 mins walk from the nearest metro which gives you access to all the central Paris sites. We will be back soon.

What an iconic spot in the 16th arr of Paris. Would be perfection for the French Open someday! Loved the pool and the staff were amazing. Bar and restaurant very nice and the rooms were immaculate and comfortable. While a little distance from the main tourist spots, the Eiffel Tower was about a 45 minute walk away and it was very close to metro stations to take you everywhere. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Séjour décevant pour un 5 étoiles, réfrigérateur qui ne fonctionne pas dans la chambre et par conséquent boissons pas fraîches. Piscine fermée pour raison de travaux alors que nous avions réservé spécifiquement pour accéder au bassin extérieur, très décevant... Un service guest expérience qui nous refuse un voucher pour revenir à la piscine, ne pouvant pas y accéder durant notre séjour. L' attention client est à améliorer!

Personnel incompétent pour un hôtel à ce prix la. On est loin des 5 étoiles, je pense qu’il faudrait réévaluer cet hôtel. Tout est compliqué aucun geste n’est fait pour les clients. Très très mauvaise expérience je déconseille, hôtel surcôté ! Mis à part le spa et l’équipe Clarins qui ont été top.

Very good experience travelling with my dog. The staff is friendly, the amenities are nice and clean, and the location is great for events like Roland Garros and Olympics.

L'hôtel vaut le détour de part l'histoire du lieu, le service et les prestations sont à l'attendu d'un établissement 5 étoiles. Le petit-déjeuner est vraiment varié et gourmand. Toutefois je trouve le prix relativement élevé comparé à des établissements d'un standing supérieur dans d'autres régions. Le loyer parisien probablement.

Très bel emplacement pour cet hôtel. Séjour entre amis très sympa avec le rooftop pour prendre l'apéritif le soir et la piscine le matin pour se détendre. Le service voiturier est très utile dans le quartier pour nous simplifier la recherche de place de parking. Seul petit bémol : la salle de petit déjeuner très petite par rapport au nombre de chambres dans l'hôtel et qui est vite saturée ! Nous sommes allés prendre le petit déjeuner Porte d'Auteuil le 2ème matin car il y avait une dizaine de personne qui attendait au comptoir pour avoir une table.

Sometimes for all good intentions, things go wrong. As a customer, you have to accept these things and it is how the problem is dealt with is what counts. We took adjoining rooms for our family and there was a problem in one of the rooms. We reported it and within a few minutes, maintenance were with us to fix. A few hours later, it was apparent the fix had not worked. We reported again....it was late and the children were asleep but by first thing in the morning a plan had been activated by the staff, we were told to go and enjoy our day out and they would take care of everything. By the time we returned, we had been moved to new rooms seamlessly. This perfectly represents the service at the Molitor. Prefect blend of professionalism and friendliness. Honest, straight forward and transparent. Other than the problem, the facilities are fantastic. Beds, comfortable, well appointed bathrooms, nice and in keeping decor and the rich history of the location is sympathetically alluded to without overplaying it. The pool area is just brilliant and the atmosphere created by the clear rules and the clever blend of members and guests. A truly special stay and the Molitor is now our destination of choice in Paris.

Molitor is an amazing place and obviously centred around the pools. Rooms are fantastic and we enjoyed the interconnecting rooms with our two children. Beds are huge and the best ever. Staff are lovely and helpful. Unfortunately the breakfast is not good. I survived on toast (not the best bread) and marmalade for my stay. There was nothing save for some seeded rolls and cake for my wife who is gluten free. We tried the roof top bar/restaurant one night but we felt uncomfortable and we were not allowed to see the menu! Shocking when you’re paying so much hard earned money. Taxis to the Eiffel Tower ranged from 15-25 euros.
