The Commercial Hotel Wallerawang

Great staff. 👍 Great food 👍

The staff were absolutely lovely friendly, helpful and professional. The area itself was also very nice, and everyone around was very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was not in the best condition. The shared bathrooms were extremely dirty and were often missing basic necessities such as toilet paper, shower gel and shampoo. There was also no hairdryer available, which was quite inconvenient. The room was okay, but the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The only thing I really enjoyed in the room was the air conditioning. The floors were also very creaky, making a lot of noise whenever someone walked around, especially in the early morning. This made it quite difficult to sleep and was particularly noticeable when people started moving around early in the morning. On the positive side, the food from the kitchen was excellent. However, there is no proper café or coffee service available, which would have been a nice addition. Unfortunately, considering how much I paid, I feel the hotel was quite expensive for what it offers and, in my opinion, it was not worth the price. Overall, the staff and location were great, and the food was excellent, but the cleanliness, bathroom facilities, comfort and general condition of the hotel really need improvement.

Loved our stay. The staff are super nice. Make it all worth it.

Overall nice staff

Bed was very comfortable. The 2 aircon units didn't provide any heat which was an issue when the temp was only 4; no bath soap, no bath mat, the wi-fi unit didn't work.
