Lucked out with free parking across street from hotel. Suggest providing parking vouchers for public or Conch Harbor parking garages similar to compilation. Otherwise, everything in line with marketing.

Great facility, great staff, great location! The only thing they're missing is parking, but there's a public lot a block away at 808 Southard Street where you can park for $15/day, cash only, unlimited in and out. Three pools, breakfast included, coffee 24/7, comfortable rooms, relaxed vibe.

They dont have a parking lot. You have to drive around the island looking for a place to park.

Parking sucks, you need to mention the actual room sizes! 300 sq ft is tiny!

Nice hotel. Biggest minus is there is no parking and NO elevator. Carry your luggage stairs up!! Breakfast also limited.

Property is fairly convenient and walkable. Pool areas are nicely laid out. Coffee was convenient. Staff was great. However, I must say the room was one of the most disgusting I have experienced. Cracked floors, rusty fridge door, improperly attached mirrors, and the mold in the shower/bathroom was something I haven't ever seen anywhere, especially at this high price. I think we may have been in one of the older rooms maybe not ever renovated.

It's a nice but old property. The rooms aren't clean; they're old, and the bathrooms are dirty and musty. You can feel everything, whether they close or open a door in the room next door. The old mattresses leave you with back pain. There's no parking, so you have a hard time finding a spot. The beds are personal bunk beds, and the app doesn't make it clear when you're going to make a reservation.

Lovely little place. The grounds were immaculate. Very friendly staff. Continental breakfast was really nice. Rooms were small, but very clean and beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

We booked three nights in a private loft for 10/14-17. We had to pay a resort fee collected at check-in. It did not include the available for rent. We would highly recommend you look elsewhere. Our room was located on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator on the property. The property's buildings weren't connected. The ceilings were unusually low due. You had to duck and hope you didn't hit your head getting into either bed. The next morning, we awoke to find our bed entirely covered in either bed bugs or termites. They were on everywhere. We confirmed they appeared in both beds. We headed to the front desk where an employee told us there was nothing that could be done. NYAH was fully booked. We asked for a refund. This would have to be approved by the manager and they would get back to us. We left for a 10 AM bike tour and during it, they left a message saying a refund would be provided. We returned at 1:30 PM and were unable to find anyone at the front desk. We discovered an employee in our room with bug spray. The manager had approved our request, but only if we left the hotel by 2 PM. We packed everything and walked out in the pouring rain. The employee informed us that the hotel would only be refunding our resort fees and taxes for the two unused nights. Any refund would be provided through Hotels.com. After months of contact, they told us NYAH would not be providing a refund for the unused nights ($1,000+). Please, do not EVER stay at NYAH Key West.

Absolutely disgusting I literally checked in by 8:00 at night and checked out by 8:30 is that same night literally went into the room unpacked my bag put it on my bed went to take a shower three cockroaches or crawling around with the lights on all over the walls absolutely disgusting and I needed to get a refund from you guys

Staff was excellent. No elevators to 2nd or 3rd floor levels. Very narrow hallway so carrying your luggage up these tiny stairwells a little difficult to say the least. Termite wings all over the bed every night. Bad termite damage and floor damage really bad. Courtyard was beautiful but pool had built up scum around them.

The room was awesome. Smell of bleach as we walked in showed it was cleaned. Nice and cool in the hot weather. Truly loved it.

Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly and responsive staff. Not a lot of amenities, but a nice place to stay if you're looking for an affordable place close to everything.

Maybe it was only our room, but we saw the room was VERY dirty with mold already starting to grow in some areas. Brown stains were found on some of the walls. Mold was growing on the curtains and front door. The tv was small and janky. Beds were not clean either as I found dried blood stains on the white comforters and saw that the floors were not clean at all. Staff were nice the few times we interacted. Breakfast was ok. The area is really nice and walkable but there is no parking lot you have to pray and find public parking. Also the area had nice pools and amenities, but the room was not it 3/10

Enjoyed our stay! We had a convenient room near the main door, however we heard music playing early because we were also by the pool/breakfast area. I will stay again, just might request further back on the property. If you are sensitive to music while sleeping (past 8 a.m.) like me, hope this helps for a perfect stay!

NYAH was a nice place to stay and would consider staying there again in the future due to the price. It’s definitely not a luxury hotel. There were three of us traveling and I wanted a place that had at least three beds because we didn’t want to share a bed. This place has bunk beds that were comfortable. The room was tiny so it was not a place to hang out and watch TV or anything. The pool area was quiet. Our neighbors were a bit noisy when they came in late at night. We rented bikes for the time we were there , which is the best way to get around in Key West.

The hotel was attractive but very tired. It was all wooden & some was rotten. We had a 2 room in the loft. The A?C didn't work until it was fixed. ! bedroom was in the eaves & the slopping ceiling was very low & I hit my head a few times(very dangerous)

The location is great very walkable the bunk beds worked well for our group of 6 girls the pools and hot tubs were really nice and warm definitely recommend checking out the hot tub the only issues we had was our bathroom in our room not really working at all so we all always had to go downstairs and the floors in our room weren’t the cleanest

This place is basically a hostel for adults. Great location, fun and funky property made up of a compound of 4 or 5 converted homes around 2 pools. Each room is packed with beds and bunk beds, which are weird, but not uncomfortable. We stayed during independence day weekend and each pool was taken over by large groups of vacationing twentysomethings with speakers and cases of beer at the pool and bottles of booze on the balconies until late in the night. This was pretty much what we expected - and you should to as the staff will make no attempt to reign anything in. It was kind of fun to slip in and out of a very welcoming party, though I did regret my choices when a herd of elephants got home at 3:00am and took an hour to settle in. Overall, a good time, but don’t expect to be able to opt out of other people’s good time.

Interesting hostel type accommodations with three other ladies in the room, and I had an upper bunk. Bedding was in the locker accessibly by the key, but was told this by a room lady, not the front desk assistant.

Room is a little overpriced. Very basic, no decorations, no table or shelves in room. Had to put everything on the floor. Pool area was nice; great location

Close to Duval, comfortable bunker beds and spacious bathroom

Our room was small and very simple. It was adequate. It was clean. It was a holiday weekend so prices were crazy everywhere. I understand that this hotel is generally one of the more inexpensive ones, but it wasn’t this weekend. Certainly not worth the price. However, on a normal weekend when the price is more reasonable, I would say it’s a fairly good deal. Pool area is very nice. Location is good.

I book for 6 people each one was extremely happy with the stay . Our room was clean beds ,pillows very comfortable. Check in to check out staff was helpful and nice . Front desk having amazing coffee ,tea hot chocolate, cold water available 24 hours a big plus .Breakfast had lots of options and was very enjoyable every morning. Each one of us plan to return. Thank you so much for having such a hidden gem available to travelers

One’s not impressed. We checked in late after a 7 hr drive, not welcoming. Staff not courteous during check out. No parking accommodations got a $55 ticket for parking. Would not stay here again more for older couples not our age.

Staff were extremely rude & unprofessional with guests over very minor miscommunications. The place was very dirty & run down. Bathrooms are in need of a major over haul. Cracked glass, cracked tiles, broken hair dryer & an open vent from the bathroom into the bedroom. Yes it’s cheap but it’s not worth it even for the money also there is no parking at this place.

The night cleek was extremely rude and not serviceminded at all. Unfortunately that reflects in my overall rating. The place was really nice. Receptionists amazing. Great room and atmosphere. I booked a one night 4-people-sharing room. When I checked in no one else was in the dorm. I went out and around town for fantasy fest and when I got back around 2am I thought I would ask the night clerk if he could tell me if other peiple checked in my room. Its nice to know what to be prepared for and how silently I should approach. Its also nice to know if everyone is “counted for” before going to bed so I dont wake up to unexpected people in the room. When asked he just asked me back as to why I would need that information. I told him its nice to know what to expect so I can sleep better. To which he said well either you are alone or there is up to four. Being aware if that basic info I elaborated and told him its just nice to know who should be in my room and asked him why I couldnt check it for me. To which he replied: Its not that a cant. I dont need/want to. You know, a little service goes a long way. This waw in poor taste and unnessecary. He had no reason for not doing his job. I understand if there is some policy about disclosure. But then he should have said that and not start lecturing me about what he thinks he need to do and what not. I overall had a pleasent stay but a chain is not stronger than its weakest link. This ‘costumer service’ would not work in my country

Great value for the location. If in a group, this is perfect. Less than 10 min walk to the best part of Duval St. Very courteous staff, and very helpful. Quite surroundings at night.

We were looking for a home base while we were in Key West. This place fit the bill. Comfortable, relaxing, great location. And a great happy hour to boot!

Super happy I found this spot. It has a very deco vintage key west vibes, 3 pools and jacuzzi. The rooms are clean and come with ur own locker to secure your belongings. If you’re a free spirit traveler like me this place is awesome, like minded people. They have a mini bar in the front and the drinks are good and cheap. The offer bikes to for day rentals and light breakfast in the mornings. I was able to check in way before my time which was a big plus. You’re walking distance from everything, with lots of places to dine in. Can’t wait to go back

Floors were warped. Breakfast was mediocre with little variety. The pool area was nice, but after one night some people left it trashy. Staff were kind, and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. Not too bad for the price

We picked the property because it met our primary needs: affordable, two beds, and a hot tub.... This property delivered. The front staff was welcoming....the housekeeping staff was less than ...like there was literally none...but we are fairly neat and tidy and it was no bother. Will definitely return. We rented a private room with a bunk. There is a power outlet and light at each bed. The Starbucks coffee is a nice touch and the drink prices were much cheaper than anything on Duval. We did pregame at the hotel bar a time or two.

This hotel was a surprising gem. All day Starbucks-awesome! The choice of lounge areas and pools-exceptional. We would have liked a little sitting area near our bedroom. It needed to be explicitly stated that it was simply sleeping quarters as we almost didn’t have room for luggage. We needed a full length mirror in the unit. Breakfast needs more of an upgrade than over-boiled eggs and cereal. Overall it wasn’t fussy and gave us what we needed.

Was surprised with the Free Breakfast, foods were decent. The bed was fine, just that pillows were quite soft and small.

We really enjoyed the outdoor pool and the coffee machine that ground up the beans. Neat setting in the Old Town.
