SmartHotel Flamingo Self check-in

We checked in, but the room was way too small for us to stay so we ended up finding other accommodations. I choose no cancellation when I booked because I thought it couldn't be THAT bad, so I just had to eat the money, but it was supposed to be a two room suite, but it was essentially just two rooms with beds in each that took up essentially the entire space. It smelled very musty, and due to it being so hot outside and it being near a bus stop/busy intersection the room was also way too hot to stay in. If windows are open you just hear and smell the traffic and have no relief from the heat. Couldn't purchase water or snacks in any vending machine. it was more of a hostel vibe than a hotel. We didn't see an employee anywhere.
