APA Hotel Nagoya Fushimi Ekikita

Bonne chaîne d’hôtel. Chambre standard et propre. Assez petite, peu de place pour la valise ouverte. Par contre grand lit et salle de bain avec baignoire. Je regrette une chambre avec vu sur un mur et une fenêtre qui s’ouvre à peine. Difficile de voir le temps qu’il fait par la fenêtre dans ces conditions. Pas mal de resto dans le quartier. A 2 min à pied du métro. A 1 station de Nagoya station en métro et à 25 min à pied.

It's in a convienent area and right next to Nagoya station, so it's easy travel. The breakfast buffet was good, but there's not a lot of options to choose from, unless it's curry. But if you have a nut allergy and can't handle spice, those are limited as well. It's a good area overall and the hotel is known for its high quality service and interior.

We stayed here for the F1 race in March. The staff was pleasant, though we were unable to check-in to our room until exactly 3pm (we showed up about 15 minutes early). Obviously this is totally understandable, but we did have other accommodations during our trip that allowed us to check-in even an hour earlier than normal Tim. This was a convenient location near Fushimi station. However, the nearest entrance to the station was closed on race day (it is closed on Sundays) which was a bit frustrating in the moment when we had no prior knowledge.

We didn't use the laundry as we were only staying for grand prix. Breakfast was served in the Indian next door and was very limited. Room bins were not emptied in the five nights that we stayed. Staff were fine.
