What a cute little place!! The unit was clean, the bed was comfortable and they had everything we needed. The pool was heated and such a bonus! We had to extend our stay and they made it easy to do. I will recommend this property to family when they are in town

Overall the stay was decent. Minimal everything from blankets, to amenities. Beds were small. Low budget mattress. TV remote didn’t work. Pool was listed as heated but pool heater was not operational.

Outside property is a little rundown. Inside maintenance was less than average. Told property manager both our toilets ran constantly. Nothing was done about it in a week. Carpets and rugs needed cleaning badly. Kitchen had everything needed. Check in instructions were easy to follow.

Spacious, clean accommodation, a furnished apartment at an affordable rate that fits business travelers and families, who may appreciate the pool with a sun awning in close proximity. Extra bonus for having a stacked washer/dryer, that came with a little soap pellet and anti-static - nice touch! Well stocked kitchen with appliances but dull knives, a stuck in-sink-erator that did not drain well, and a dishwasher which was not yet unloaded. Very glad their service number was staffed and picked-up late into the evening to immediately respond, as no access code was received after going through the registration app. Wished I'd had paid more attention to the email but I was driving all day.

Nothing special. Furniture was cheap, bed was full instead of queen, heat didn't work, shower stopped working. Dryer was outside in a closet. Better than a hotel room, but only average. Didn't like that check in instructions were sent 2 hours before we got there. They should sent an email 24 hours prior to say final instructions would be sent shortly before check-in. It was very clean.

Good location for us and they are pet friendly! The Condo we had this time was better than the others we've rented in the past. Plenty of room and we liked having the little patio. The only drawback was our neighbors who were a little loud at night but they didn't necessarily bother us. Would refer others to this complex.

This place was filthy. Very deceiving. The carpets were full of stains, the starlight windows in the living room were dusty and full of spiders and other insects. The living room furniture was full off stains and looked like it was purchased at a garage sale /thrift store. Not one item in the whole apartment matched. The pool was filthy full of trees and debris. It was not able to be used. There was a significant amount of loud music, street racing, and abusive language well into the wee hours of the morning. I am a traveling nurse. I was sent there on assignment and traveling alone. I can honestly say I did not feel safe there and will not be back. Thank you for your time.

i liked the availability of parking spaces and its closeness to the unit. However, the picture on line is nothing like the unit and it sure wouldn't let you know that these buildings are very old and just a quote of paint is not making them look updated. The smell of OLD was so bad that we always wanted to sleep in our car but decided to stay but left early in the morning. The place maybe appealing to other people but I would never go back to this place and would check more closely on how old the building is before I make my reservations. The price did not justify the age of the place.

The bedding and floors were dirty when we got to the condo and there was an odd odor in the condo.My wife washed the bedding and found mold in the washing machine. The cleaners came and cleaned the floors and bleached the mold. Our third night we had to go to bed early as we had a very early morning the next day. We were woke up to marijuana smoke coming out of our air conditioning vent. Our cold air return was connected to our neighbors and they were getting high. While trying to vent our condo we discovered that our windows didn't lock. I chatted with hotels.com and spoke with the answering service for the property management with no resolution. The next morning I spoke again with the management answering person who offered no solutions. I asked for a call from a manager which was never done. We cut our stay short and moved to a radisson for 5 nights which is a great hotel. They never contacted me about this, they shouldn't be allowed to list on any websites. DON'T stay at this condo unless you want to be greatly disappointed.

This place should be embarrassed. Got double-charged. Their customer support line is non-existent. Had to call several times over the course of a week to get in touch with someone. They'll try to pawn you off on their overworked overseas call center. Eventually you might get in touch with an agent that knows whats going on. They kicked us out at 10am even though we paid for the late check out The place was overall nasty... dirty everything. Carpets were disgusting. Lots of weird brown and red stains all over the walls and floor.

Unable to access the room because an incorrect entry code had been provided. We were left standing outside in the rain for an extended period, making multiple calls in an effort to reach management for assistance. Once we finally gained entry, we were appalled by the state of the unit—it was extremely unclean from top to bottom. The bed was unmade, and the extra sheets provided were visibly stained with blood. We were forced to sleep uncovered and used my husband’s personal bath towel from home instead. The bathroom was also in poor condition, with a used washcloth still hanging in the shower and clear signs that it had not been properly cleaned.

It was a clean private place to stay for 5 days. However, I asked for a condo that sleeps 4. The couch did not fold out to a bed. I reached out several times and no one came by or called to check on that. We ended buying an air mattress. There’s not in office on site to help guests, communication is done via phone or text. Other than those issues, it’s a nice, clean, safe place.

Not good. Pictures are very deceiving. Run down. Utensils in drawer were dirty. Biggest issue was very disrespectful full time tenant next door. I left a message with the office at 12:30 am the first night. Got no response. Noise was just as bad the 2nd night. We would have called the police but were very nervous about reproccussions from the conversations we clearly heard thru the wall. Documents clearly state no marijuana or smoking on the property, but we could smell it in the bedroom. We could not get either tv to connect. Other units might be OK but the one we had was disappointing

The internet service was spotty at best. Since this was a work trip, it was difficult to get anything done without reliable internet. I had to leave and go to an internet cafe to get my work completed.

Nothing with the owner. The construntion of the building is very thin and if you are trying to sleep in after a long drive. You feel that the all the cleaning, walking and talking is in your unit. The property is great. Well located. The renters are awesome.

Upon entering property, the AC was off so it was kind of hot, comfortable stay. Once it got cooled down nice and quiet. , upstairs neighbors were kind, loud, running back-and-forth close restaurants very affordable. Very nicely updated one of the t vs in the bedroom didn't work and didn't have access to the wifi

We booked our stay and received a confirmation email so we thought we were confirmed. We arrived at 3:30 pm ready for our check in at 4:00 pm and we hadn’t received our check in details. We called and the attendant was very kind and patient and shared that we had to do another confirmed and pay a deposit. We filled out the information and paid and we were told we would receive the details at 4:00 pm 4:15 and then the details still hadn’t come in. Once we checked in the hotel was okay
We booked our stay and received a confirmation email so we thought we were confirmed. We arrived at 3:30 pm ready for our check in at 4:00 pm and we hadn’t received our check in details. We called and the attendant was very kind and patient and shared that we had to do another confirmed and pay a deposit. What a cute little place!! The unit was clean, the bed was comfortable and they had everything we needed. The pool was heated and such a bonus! We had to extend our stay and they made it easy to do. I will recommend this property to family when they are in town

This place should be embarrassed. Got double-charged. Their customer support line is non-existent. Had to call several times over the course of a week to get in touch with someone. They'll try to pawn you off on their overworked overseas call center. Eventually you might get in touch with an agent that knows whats going on. They kicked us out at 10am even though we paid for the late check out The place was overall nasty... dirty everything. Carpets were disgusting. Lots of weird brown and red stains all over the walls and floor.

Spacious, clean accommodation, a furnished apartment at an affordable rate that fits business travelers and families, who may appreciate the pool with a sun awning in close proximity. Extra bonus for having a stacked washer/dryer, that came with a little soap pellet and anti-static - nice touch! Well stocked kitchen with appliances but dull knives, a stuck in-sink-erator that did not drain well, and a dishwasher which was not yet unloaded. Very glad their service number was staffed and picked-up late into the evening to immediately respond, as no access code was received after going through the registration app. Wished I'd had paid more attention to the email but I was driving all day.

Place was good however the wifi name on the tv and flier was wrong I was able to figure it out when I reached out by text I didn’t a response and the air vent would go off randomly making a very loud noise especially at night. The area was nice and quiet no complaints on that.

It was a clean private place to stay for 5 days. However, I asked for a condo that sleeps 4. The couch did not fold out to a bed. I reached out several times and no one came by or called to check on that. We ended buying an air mattress. There’s not in office on site to help guests, communication is done via phone or text. Other than those issues, it’s a nice, clean, safe place.

Nothing special. Furniture was cheap, bed was full instead of queen, heat didn't work, shower stopped working. Dryer was outside in a closet. Better than a hotel room, but only average. Didn't like that check in instructions were sent 2 hours before we got there. They should sent an email 24 hours prior to say final instructions would be sent shortly before check-in. It was very clean.

Not good. Pictures are very deceiving. Run down. Utensils in drawer were dirty. Biggest issue was very disrespectful full time tenant next door. I left a message with the office at 12:30 am the first night. Got no response. Noise was just as bad the 2nd night. We would have called the police but were very nervous about reproccussions from the conversations we clearly heard thru the wall. Documents clearly state no marijuana or smoking on the property, but we could smell it in the bedroom. We could not get either tv to connect. Other units might be OK but the one we had was disappointing

Unable to access the room because an incorrect entry code had been provided. We were left standing outside in the rain for an extended period, making multiple calls in an effort to reach management for assistance. Once we finally gained entry, we were appalled by the state of the unit—it was extremely unclean from top to bottom. The bed was unmade, and the extra sheets provided were visibly stained with blood. We were forced to sleep uncovered and used my husband’s personal bath towel from home instead. The bathroom was also in poor condition, with a used washcloth still hanging in the shower and clear signs that it had not been properly cleaned.

Was cute, but dirty bedding and communication was null. Plus the safety lock was broken. Also waiting to get my deposit back as I cleaned the place before we left!

Good location for us and they are pet friendly! The Condo we had this time was better than the others we've rented in the past. Plenty of room and we liked having the little patio. The only drawback was our neighbors who were a little loud at night but they didn't necessarily bother us. Would refer others to this complex.

This place was filthy. Very deceiving. The carpets were full of stains, the starlight windows in the living room were dusty and full of spiders and other insects. The living room furniture was full off stains and looked like it was purchased at a garage sale /thrift store. Not one item in the whole apartment matched. The pool was filthy full of trees and debris. It was not able to be used. There was a significant amount of loud music, street racing, and abusive language well into the wee hours of the morning. I am a traveling nurse. I was sent there on assignment and traveling alone. I can honestly say I did not feel safe there and will not be back. Thank you for your time.

i liked the availability of parking spaces and its closeness to the unit. However, the picture on line is nothing like the unit and it sure wouldn't let you know that these buildings are very old and just a quote of paint is not making them look updated. The smell of OLD was so bad that we always wanted to sleep in our car but decided to stay but left early in the morning. The place maybe appealing to other people but I would never go back to this place and would check more closely on how old the building is before I make my reservations. The price did not justify the age of the place.

Nothing with the owner. The construntion of the building is very thin and if you are trying to sleep in after a long drive. You feel that the all the cleaning, walking and talking is in your unit. The property is great. Well located. The renters are awesome.

Upon entering property, the AC was off so it was kind of hot, comfortable stay. Once it got cooled down nice and quiet. , upstairs neighbors were kind, loud, running back-and-forth close restaurants very affordable. Very nicely updated one of the t vs in the bedroom didn't work and didn't have access to the wifi

You need to call to get a code for the door not at the on sight office. My problems were: 1)flying bugs biting bugs inside 2) leftover stuff in fridge from last person 3) sticky floors throughout the whole place 4) mold/mildew/dirt in shower 5) TVs didn’t work 6) had to call about internet not working 7) washer leaks 8) dryer is dirty and doesn’t dry properly The company needs to have a copy of what is expected posted inside the apartment so that every person knows the checking out process

Upon check in I observed a filthy unit according to my standards. Pillows were yellow and stained blankets and sheeting were dirty, which I rewashed everything. Patio was dirty with trash, books, cigarette butts and marijuana butts etc, which I cleaned up.Spider webs everywhere on patio.Patio door was dirty with stains looked like someone pissed all over door. All baseboards were covered in dirt which I also cleaned. The kitchen was also dirty, the counters were filthy and I discovered old food in the oven and old food in the cabinets which I left unused. Establishment needs new housekeeping who know how to clean properly. I’ve stayed here before a couple years ago the establishment was very clean no problems, thats why I chose to stay here, next time I probably will stay in a hotel. I felt let down considering they charged me two non refundable deposits for my stay considering I had to properly cleaned their unit upon arrival.
