Keano Villa, with Pool & BBQ, Ping Pong, Playground, By ThinkVilla

The villa was beautiful. Clean, modern, bright and airy. The outside area really makes it. Pool, bbq area and views are just out of this world and it is so peaceful. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend or to return. We had a great stay. Honestly the view has to be seen to be believed, just incredible. Service from the cleaners and pool maintenance staff was very good. The village of Agia Triada is a short walk away and has a great little taverna. Pigi is a short drive away and has a little supermarket, butchers, bakery, pharmacy and a couple of tavernas. Rethymno is 15 minutes away - beautiful town with lots to see and do. There were a few maintenance issues, the jacuzzi bath isn't working, the flooring tiles around the table tennis area and basketball area are loose and easy to trip over. Definitely not safe for our 3 year old to be there on her own. The roads up to the villa are difficult and very badly maintained with some huge pot holes as you approach the villa. I would encourage the owners to try to do something about the pot holes as you could easily seriously damage your hire car. But the drive is worth it for the incredible views.
