## Space Modern and contemporary apartment of 60m², fully equipped for your comfort: - Two bedrooms each with a double bed 160x200cm. - A beautiful kitchen open to the living room. It includes a coffee machine, an oven and a dishwasher. - A living room with dining table and lounge area. - A bathroom (shower/WC). ## Access The accommodation as well as the equipment or accessories are at your disposal during your stay. ## Interaction Entering the house is simple, efficient and independent thanks to a keybox that you will find at the entrance of your accommodation. All the required information for your stay will be provided to you by email and can be consulted via our online interface. Our team will not be present on site upon your arrival or during your stay. However, we will be happy to help you with any problems or questions you may have. Do not hesitate to contact us! ## Neighborhood The apartment is located in the center of the Broye, Fétigny being a Freiburg enclave in the canton of Vaud. All amenities are in Payerne, 10 minutes by bus. Fétigny is the ideal center to go to the different regions bordering the lake of Neuchâtel and Morat: - 15 minutes from Estavayer-le-lac - 25 minutes from Yverdon - 30 minutes from Fribourg - 40 minutes from Neuchâtel, Bern and Lausanne ## Transit The accommodation is accessible by car. There is a parking space available. It is also possible to reach the house by public transport (about 15 minutes from the Payerne train station). ## Notes Sheets and towels are provided by us. The availability of the laundry is included in the cleaning rates. We remind you that you are staying in an apartment, not a hotel.
