The online photos do not reflect the actual condition and appearance of the hotel. As soon as you enter the lobby disgruntled employees are seen everywhere just standing around. Basic maintenance such as touch up paint and small repairs are not completed. The pool had a lot of debris from the natural environment. Pool towels were just regular towels “labeled” pool towels. Dogs were heard barking late at night even though the hotel was not pet friendly. The feeding times for the horrible breakfast were to limited followed by a dirty dining area. The actual breakfast area was not self serve, instead the staff rationed out the food in small quantities. All purchasable snacks were behind the counter and only pictures and prices were illustrated to incovienence visitors. The room was uncomfortably set out to limit space. The so called crib options for toddlers were actually pack and plays mobiles in dirty conditions. Management clearly was incompetent of their duties because all employees looked clueless and blatantly spoke negatively about their jobs around customers. Absolutely no consistency to employees uniforms if you consider street clothes a uniform. The laundry department kept their main door open all of the time causing a massive heat wave to escape into the hallways that were adjacent to the food serving area. The crane that allows disabled persons to enter pool was completely gone and non existent. This hotel is just inconvenient in every way for customers and not staf

The beds are suoer comfortable. Slept like a rock. Loved breakfast, they serve you. Didnt like being on the 3rd floor.

Upon checking In late evening the staff were very nice, inviting, and helpful. The stay was great! Room was nice, comfy, and clean. As I booked online I choose the option to pay when checking in. When checking in I was charged double plus the sixty dollar fee. I was aware of the sixty dollar fee that I was told I would get reimbursed for at checkout time but I was not aware of the double charge. The morning staff was not near as friendly as the evening staff. Check out was rushed which made it uncomfortable for me to ask all necessary questions that I had. I have yet to receive any monies back into my account. Overall stay was great but communication could have been better. It would have also been nice for online booking to specify that there would be a double charge upon checking in as it did specify about the fee that would be charged and refunded at checkout time.

Staff was very friendly, helpful, and courteous. The young lady working when we checked in on the 3/9/23 in the evening was so nice and made us feel extremely welcomed. The room was nice but it wasn’t as clean as I hoped. Some hair on the toilet, dust on the bathroom sink and my sheets were stained and had tears on them. The hallway on the 5the floor was dirty, there was a wad of hair tangled near the doorway, and food crumps along the hall. The A/c wouldn’t cool, we dealt with it since we weren’t really in the room that much. I just bought a small fan and it helped at night to cool the room down some. I would stay again, because we did feel safe and the front desk staff was so awesome!
