Hi, Room was very run down: Fridge cabinet door would not close properly Vent in Bathroom - Rusted Chair at table in room, ripped Toilet - bottom tiles very poorly done Walls were very poorly done Caulking around bath tub, very poorly done I also, smelled marijuana in the hallways at night. I would not recommend this to anyone, Hotel needs to be updated and done properly. I have stayed there twice before and it was ok, but I will not go back there again. I think a refund should be possible or Hotels.com should give me some points for this. I have pictures as proof.

The best way to summarize the stay at this hotel is OK. The staff was not very tentative felt like we were bothering them.The bar closed abruptly at seven which was one of the main reasons I booked the hotel because the bartender was ready to go home which became very awkward for everyone sitting there... that being said, I will not book another hotel room at this hotel.

I got there an hour after check in time and my room was not ready, they are not the cleanest of hotels. The set up is definitely weird with the pool being in the middle of the hotel. I also saw bed bug traps and mold in the bathroom. Being charged $380 for one night is ridiculous. I’m normally not one to complain but the price is stupid for this hotel.

My room had a lot of mold on the ceiling of the bathroom and entryway. The hotel as a whole is very musty and humid. The indoor pool is surrounded by hotel rooms. My room on the first floor faced the lobby/dinning room as the only "window/natural light". I could hear people in the lobby and hallways very late into the night (past 1am). Very over priced for the experience. I would not stay here again.
