No hot water in the morning, Coffee machine runs out of coffee after 9am only to be told that this is normal even though breakfast is on until 10am, No water randomly, apparently workers conduct tests and the hotel dont know when that is so cant tell you. I was in the shower and when you ask receptionist they tell you to fill kettle with water to have a shower even though water doesnt work No bread, coffee or butter at breakfast, not policed people take alot of food and is not replaced fast enough. Poor selection of breakfast foods Safe broke did not open, Room cleaned at 5pm at night most days, so we couldnt get ready for night after a day of being out Worst hotel stay ive ever stayed at

Personeel was super aardig en ze deden alles voor een ideale verblijf. Omgeving was gezellig en van alles te doen. Kamer was ruim, elke dag schoon alleen iets wat gedateerd. Het is een levendige wijk dus er is best wel geluid buiten van verkeer en mensen. Verder een prima verblijf!

Personeel was super aardig en ze deden alles voor een ideale verblijf. Omgeving was gezellig en van alles te doen. Kamer was ruim, elke dag schoon alleen iets wat gedateerd. Het is een levendige wijk dus er is best wel geluid buiten van verkeer en mensen. Verder een prima verblijf!

No hot water in the morning, Coffee machine runs out of coffee after 9am only to be told that this is normal even though breakfast is on until 10am, No water randomly, apparently workers conduct tests and the hotel dont know when that is so cant tell you. I was in the shower and when you ask receptionist they tell you to fill kettle with water to have a shower even though water doesnt work No bread, coffee or butter at breakfast, not policed people take alot of food and is not replaced fast enough. Poor selection of breakfast foods Safe broke did not open, Room cleaned at 5pm at night most days, so we couldnt get ready for night after a day of being out Worst hotel stay ive ever stayed at

This is a terrible hotel . The cleanliness is way below standards, unclean bathrooms, broken toilet , unclean towels, unclean grey bedding , rooms overlooked dumpsters, and piles of trash. The plumbing never worked , flooding the room when you took a shower. Also the staff especially front desk manager (Turkish man) was so rude , and lying . Staff had us call a person on the phone claiming he was the property GM , to try to change our dirty room . Later they told us the manager was lying , and that the new person on the phone is not a GM . Also our friends’s had 3 more rooms through another booking for 5 days. When they found the hotel to be filthy , they asked to check out after 1 & 2 days. The same Manager refused to check them out for 3 days. Instead , he wrote No Show ( a lie) . And our friends discovered my hat the front desk manager rented out their rooms , during their remaining 3 nights ( and probably pocketed the double payments ) lying , cheating manager . Our friends had to bring the police to the property . But the same manager spoke in Turkish , lied about the room being re-rented out to other people . And dismissed them . Highly Avoid this Jaff hotel. It is awful , staff is rude , and cleanliness is terrible in most rooms.

Maalesef kotuydu , ekstra ekstra bir suru seyden para istemeleri, personellerin kendi dilimi turkceyi anlamamasi , kahvaltinin harikulade diye tanitilip yiyecek cok az sey olmasi ve ürünlerin kalitesizligi… filtre kahve dahi yoktu . Odalarin temizligi idare eder, tuvalet kagidi vs yoktu. Kotu bir deneyimdi.
