Unfortunately it was not like other Quality Inns I have been to. The mattress had some sort of plastic on which caused us to sweat a lot while sleeping! There was no shampoo or conditioner in the room; which I had before at other locations, and there was a dog next to our room that bark at everything; so we got to hear that all night and day!!

The first room that I was in had bed bugs and the linen was dirty. Wash cloth and towels had stains on them as well. The staff was ok, they had no problem changing my room but overall, the hotel needs to be remodeled. It’s so much damage to the furniture. The building is terrible.
