Absolutely 10/10 would recommend to anyone and totally worth the price. Everything was nearly perfect from the location, cleanliness, safety, amenities, hospitality, check in/out instructions and overall communication. The location is absolutely perfect for visiting The Castro District. The hotel is beautiful and comfortable. I just had to give less stars because the walls and floors/ceiling are so thin you can hear absolutely everything from your neighbors, especially footsteps. We could not sleep. Thankfully the remote staff was very responsive and was able to remedy the noisy party.
