Property was well maintained and cleaned. Room/bathroom were spacious. Beds were comfy. Pool was lovely, bit of a walk to get to and not all rule where being followed (i.e. kids in the hot tub). Was a bit disappointed to learn that breakfast was $15 a plate and it was really not worth it. There were not many options and there was not much for my son who has dietary restriction. My family ate elsewhere. Overall a wonderful experience. Just recommend to making dining arrangements elsewhere.

Staff was nice but sometimes hard to find. They were doing remodeling so the fitness center wasn't great and the pool was closed, which was disappointing since an indoor was one reason we booked this hotel. Also, shampoo & body wash in the shower were empty when we arrived. But it is a nice hotel and parking was easy.

Okay rooms with no amenities except a coffeemaker and tiny fridge. No free breakfast and no breakfast at all on weekends, not even free coffee in the lobby. Pool was closed, grounds are poorly tended, much of the outdoor lighting not functioning. Basically, a no-frills experience at a much higher price.

I loved the indoor and outdoor pools, the very comfortable bed and room, the personalized greeting on the tv screen and options for streaming, the fact that indoor smoking did not take place, the bright and cheerful lobby with grab and go food available for purchase. Staff was friendly and helpful. I love the architecture that looks like a castle. Truly a treat to stay at this property and easy access to downtown restaurants and stores as well as the major highways for sightseeing. Close to a Barnes & Noble, Pizzico restaurant, a great cafe called "Pressed Juice" for beverages and light meals. 3 minutes from oil change with free car wash, nice for travelers. I found it peaceful and relaxing staying there. I also loved that there was plenty of shade via umbrellas and the building\'s architecture at the pool area as well as lounges for sunning. Long walk to pools and fitness club via a lower floor tiled corridor; check with front desk if accessibility is an issue on whether another entry option is available as needed. I suspect so. I will stay here again and recommend the property to others.

When we got there we hadn't realized there was a $100 hold but that was fine. We had dinner at the restaurant which was pricey considering the quality. My bread on my Reuben was burnt. My bf's chicken was over cooked & dry. Went up to the room and there was no hot water and the phone didn't work. Switched rooms at midnight after the front desk realized I wasn't an idiot and knew how a shower works. Wasn't offered anything and since we checked out we still haven't received the $100 hold back. Will never stay at a Sheraton ever again

I booked (and confirmed) a king room on August 12 for a stay in October. When I checked in, I was told there were no king rooms available and would be given a double queen room. Since I was traveling alone, I didn’t mind; however, if I book a king I would expect the hotel to honor that reservation. They did not provide housekeeping service during my two night stay. Again, not a huge deal, but a slight annoyance. The hotel bar was nice, with a lively atmosphere at night.

Our room was not “clean”, there was a dirty towel in the bathroom closet that had clearly been there a while (it was stiff). There was a dirty wash cloth hanging from the shower rod and the ice bucket had melted ice in it.

We arrived for a four night stay completely exhausted and burnt out from travel. It became immediately clear the room had not been properly cleaned. There was popcorn on the floor by one of the bed, curly fries under the bench and the bathroom vent was black with dirt and/or mold. The sheets appeared clean so we went to bed but reported the issues to the front desk night audit man as we had to leave at 5am the next morning. He was horrified when I showed him the pictures of the room. Long story short- each day we reported the issue and we never got any cleaning all week. Not even the garbage taken out. The night audit man felt so bad for us. They were having severe staffing issues. They only had one man working the bar/restaurant- the front desk was constantly overwhelmed and no cleaning staff. Not exactly what I expected when I paid over $1,000

The bathroom floor was dirty at check in not horrible but appeared not cleaned. Room 312 was extremely loud at around 7:30 every morning I did not say anything that’s on me but the lady who visited them was very loud. Room was comfy everyone was so nice. Someone needs to check the heater it was very loud. Thank you overall nice place will definitely stay again

The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and spacious. We were surprised that there wasn't really any seating in the room, just a single arm chair. We were staying over after a wedding, so it wasn't a big deal, but it would have been difficult working on a laptop in there. Over all, we were satisfied with our stay.

Check in was OK nice people but sent me to a room already occupied. Went back for a new room and was again given one already occupied but they caught me before I made it to the room. Finally got a room after 1/2 hour: the bartender wasn’t friendly or happy to see a big group each night but the place is new and nice

My son was going by himself on this trip. I (his father) called the hotel to make sure they let him in, because he is under 21 years old. The lady on the phone told me that he will have no problems to check in. I asked her several time to make sure and I know the rules. She confirmed several times that everything is going to be fine and no problems. My son was on the phone with me and heard all our conversation. His flight got delayed and he arrived at the hotel 2am and very tired from all day travel. The hotel has no notes about my request and no notes about conversation on the phone. They didn’t let my son go to the room and he was asked to sleep in the lobby. This is unacceptable! I tried today to call hotel and talked to them about it. No communication back whatsoever… None of your requirements mentioned in my review. If you don’t want to post it, this is on you!

The hotel itself was clean and there was no wait to check in which was nice. The issue that I had was when I booked the room I booked for a king sized bed since I was with my significant other. When I went to check in the associate (Michael?) said they didn't have any kings left so we were being downgraded to two queens. I let him know that. would like to speak to a manager since what I booked wasn't what they were providing and he said he would have one contact me. We are now three days out from our stay and no one has reached out. disappointed that my reservation was changed without notifying me until I got there and nothing was done to compensate for it.

We had an issue with checking in due to the huge storm that shut down the Boston airport. The management was super unhelpful, and did not try to help out in anyway. Usually in extraordinary situations, people try to find solutions, these people were terrible. All they said was "you booked through Expedia call them", They acted like it was a problem that I booked through Expedia. Is there a war between Expedia and Marriott? I always book through Expedia, nothing personal it's easy. Really unfriendly people and I would not recommend staying here.

We really liked the location, staff, bar and my wife loved the pillows. The only thing we can say is had to park in the lower parking lot and wasn't much lighting.

Big room and comfortable bed. Clean, quiet and nice and friendly front desk and other hotel staff. Most of all close to shopping and convenient stores. Very safe place and highly recommended.

Overall, the stay was fine but there were a few things that made it not great. The first thing I noticed after checking in was that there was NO available water to drink. No water bottle filling stations, no water fountains, no fruit infused water, NOTHING. I cannot remember a time when I didn't have access to water other than the tap or to purchase. Also, there was NO hot water when I showered! Only cold. The response was that it is an old building. No tissues in the bathroom either. There was no continental breakfast offered; it was only offered to Platinum members. The ladies working the breakfast area seemed short and overwhelmed. I asked for water with my breakfast and never received.

Okay rooms with no amenities except a coffeemaker and tiny fridge. No free breakfast and no breakfast at all on weekends, not even free coffee in the lobby. Pool was closed, grounds are poorly tended, much of the outdoor lighting not functioning. Basically, a no-frills experience at a much higher price.

We had an amazing experience. The staff was wonderful, friendly and helpful. The restaurant on site has late night dining options and a bar. Beautiful hotel and very clean. Loved this place!

Rooms were clean and the adjustable height table was fancy but for a Sheraton in a castle it was fairly basic. Clearly more designed around conferences and events. Requested adjacent rooms, was told they were and they were not... They couldn't fix them either.

Great stay- a few minor issues: stained towels, and very dark parking lot. Towels were plentiful in the bathroom, but had to search through the 6 towels to find 2 without stains. Parking lot did have a portable floodlight to the lower levels of the lot, but the middle layers were very dark (and didn’t feel comfortable going back to the car alone).

Great location, but that’s about where the positives end. The gym was straight out of a horror movie—dark, neglected, and reached only by walking an endless, unmarked basement tunnel with zero signs. Breakfast was a joke: no staff present when we arrived in the morning, and the overall team seemed completely disinterested in their jobs when we asked. Would stay again because of the location not necessarily because of the hotel itself. For a Sheridan, not impressed.
