Ok hotel for Heathrow t4 but no ev charging, breakfast expensive at 12gbp

Easy parking and check in. Room basic but ok. Beds not that comfortable. Trying to get out was a pain as only one lift was working. My disabled wife was struggling waiting. Maybe a chair by the lifts would be useful. 10 mins to Heathrow.

One lift was out of service and hence, it was extremely difficult to get into a lift and it is a slow motion lift.

Clean room. There is only one elevator working and for a very busy property, it became a very big hassle

Really convenient to be able to catch the airport hopper bus from the hotel at a low cost.

We have stayed for the last 5 weeks for work purposes but we will not be staying again as our van was broken into for the second time,its about time security was put on as parking is £52 pounds for 4nights thats just 1 car and at times must be 50 cars in there.

I stayed here before my flight, i know this is not ghe hotels fault, but the shuttle ro the airport did not show up when it was meant to. I waited 24 minutes then ordered an uber. I also had bought a return ticket to the airport the night before. So i was massively out of pocket. The room was perfect and so was the showrr and the bed was comfy. Very good for the price i paid.

It was a very brief stay, so I can't comment on all aspects of the hotel, but it was okay. The most frustrating part was having only one workable lift when there were many people wanting to check in and out at the same time. The 15-minute wait (twice) wasn't fun. If the other lift was working, it would probably be okay.

Very convenient location. Clean rooms and bathroom. Had tea and coffee in the room. Parking was onsite and easy, a little expensive but makes it simple.

For a reasonable cost I was able to get good rest just outside LHR for my long 11 hour layover. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Shuttle to airport was low cost and convenient.

Bring some slippers carpets in the rooms are black with filth. Never cleaned

The hotel room was clean and a good size, the bathroom was spotless. There was tea and coffee in the room. It was quiet and easy to get to the airport. I would stay again.

Clean, friendly staff and nice & quiet despite being next to Heathrow

Very clean and new looking. Restaurant and bar were open late and excellent. Staff friendly. For a 3 star budget overnight stay, I would highly recommend.

We stayed at the Ibis Budget Hotel near London Heathrow for an overnight layover and were quite disappointed with our experience. The room was very basic, which was expected, but it didn’t feel particularly clean. The overall condition of the space could definitely be improved. The elevator was very slow, which made getting around a bit inconvenient, especially with luggage. The biggest letdown, though, was the breakfast. We paid extra for it, but it was very limited and didn’t look or taste fresh — it definitely wasn’t worth the additional cost. For the price, there are other hotels in the Heathrow area that offer a cleaner, more comfortable stay and better value for money. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t choose this hotel again

When we checked in the room hadn’t been cleaned properly, the bin was full of used tissues and the carpet was extremely dirty. Thankfully we had clean sheets and new towels! I went down to reception to make them aware and she didn’t apologise but did however offer to empty the bin for us.

Room was spotlessly clean and quiet

If your goal is just to be close to the airport, the location is okay. For anything else, I wouldn’t recommend it. The carpet was stained, the elevator was out of order, and when taking a shower the whole bathroom got wet since there’s no enclosed shower.

No fridge, no safe and no phone to reach lobby, otherwise very good for a night stay at a very good price for Heathrow.

Easy to find with ample parking. Good location for Heathrow and clean with comfortable beds. We stayed in the middle of a June heatwave and our room (362) had faced the sun all afternoon. The window was scorching hot to touch and although blackout curtain had been closed the room was uncomfortably hot. Unfortunately the air conditioning is centrally controlled so it wasn’t really cooling the room down after a couple of hours. So we asked for a fan which was provided promptly and helped make the room comfortable enough to sleep in.

Clean but lacking amenities like hairdryer, face cloths.

Booked this hotel as we had an early flight from Heathrow. The sound proofing was excellent as we weren't disturbed by any of the low flying aircraft.

Excellent value for money in a convenient location. Room was clean and quiet with comfortable bed.

My room had everything I needed and was clean with good bathroom. However it was very cold! When I arrived, the heating was off and the temperature was 9C. I immediately turned the heating on and set the thermostat to 20C. However, it took a long time to warm up - I had to keep my coat on for about 3 hours and 6 hours later when I went to sleep, the temperature was still only 15C. Fortunately there was an extra duvet. (For reference it was about 0C outside, not unusual for January).

The room was basic but really comfortable and had everything we needed for our 1 night stay en route to Heathrow Airport. Lots of parking spaces. Very nice lady on reception provided extra pillows. Great value for money.

This stay was perfectly adequate. The room was small with a queen bed in the middle, a desk with kettle on top (coffee and teas provided! Even milk!), and a rack for hanging a few clothes. Everything was clean, both on the bed and in the bathroom. Also, the air conditioning unit worked amazingly! There were a few stains on the floor (as to be expected), and there was an odd divet in the bathroom floor, but again, it was all clean and did well to provide an overnight room before our early morning flight. It’s a good option for a cheap stay!

Well, when they say budget in their name, they are really very budget. This is a sleeping room with a washroom. Absolute barebones. 1 socket plug, room is 10x10 if not smaller. No ironing board, no water bottles, no wardrobe (just a rod under a cabinet and some hangers, no safe, no glassware. The service staff was friendly and helpful, housekeeping was good. Elevator is super slow, there is two but one was always Out of Order. Electricity savings I guess? I'd spend the extra bucks next time and get a half decent hotel.

Staff are friendly and welcoming, the rooms are clean and comfortable, easy parking, and at a budget price - what more do you need? :-)

Absolutely the worst hotel experience of my life. The manager, Goncalo, was rude, aggressive, and had the nastiest attitude imaginable. He spoke to me with complete disrespect during a one-on-one conversation, showing zero professionalism. Avoid this place at all costs if you value decent treatment and basic human courtesy.

When checking in at a late hour, no keys were available, so my wife had to sit in the lobby until 3:00 am to wait for her room, before a long flight day coming up. Very unsatisfied with her being taken care of.

On a 30 day tripy stay at the Budget Ibis was by far the worst accommodation I stayed at. It took about 40 minutes to check in and drop bags off in the room (normally a 5-10 minute process). The reception is on the first floor but the elevator was broken and after waiting around with a crowd of others I opted to walk up about 25 stairs just to get to reception, then walk back down to get my bags, then another 50+ stairs up to get to my room on the second floor with all of the luggage. After that it was 3 swipes of my room card and a 5+ minute walk across a maze of halls to the room. Also you can only park for 10 minutes without paying so I had my boyfriend wait in the car in the drop off zone, when I checked out 2 days later I found out I would be getting a £100 pound fine for my boyfriend waiting in the rental car idling! Ridiculous! Aside from the horrendous check in/parking fines this hotel also had a sour burning smell inside, and no common amenities in the room like hair dryers, irons, fridge, microwave etc. Also if you enter the elevator room without your key you could get stuck, the elevator was broken and you need a key to exit to the stairs well. This place is not accessible, I can’t imagine what it would be like for a disabled or older person. Not worth the low price.

During our stay at approximately 02.00am the fire alarm went off. I appreciate this was not the hotels fault but the evacuation process was deeply concerning. Only about 75 guests evacuated with many foreign guests clearly not understanding the process. With one lady on our floor saying she'd seen a sign in the lift saying it was a drill! There was no visible fire warden, no visible member of hotel staff in the muster point. After about 15-20mins, one member of staff came out mumbled " go back in" then quickly left with many outside questioning whether they were actually staff. We went back to the reception on the first floor where we were told it was a false alarm and it was all fine. When we said it wasn't fine, half your guests didn't leave, you apparently had no formal protocol or training and where was the communication. The two staff members on the desk just repeated it was a false alarm. If I was responsible for health and safety at Accor Hotel Group or a member of the local fire station I would be taking a long hard look at staff training and guest education, this is a large hotel and I dread to think what would happen when it's not a false alarm.

Checked in straight away staff very helpful hotel is a great location for Heathrow Airport serviced by Uber Taxis and several shuttle buses on a frequent basis just ask at reception desk for help.

Morning staff treated us horrible. I complained and I give three stars because the afternoon staff were exceptional so that brings it back up. I stay at Ibis hotels all over as an airline employee, this was my first time being treated like a money printer by reception and reaffirmed by the morning manager. Our room then later we also found a small used baggie of drugs of some kind. The evening staff came up and did apologize and the maintenance worker collected the bag quickly and offered free breakfast so I will say it made up for it. They were very genuine and kind. 100% contrast to the morning staff that were cold and dismissive and aggressive about upselling, inconsiderate since I was 7 months pregnant (waddling and visibly showing, can’t hide it if I tried, feet swollen out of my shoes and my husband was exhausted after carrying our bags the whole international journey from Canada). We booked the room for only 12 hours of rest or so for a connection, they wanted us to pay 60 GBP for checking in an hour and half early when the room rate I paid already was $72 CAD. She said to my face the room is ready but I can’t go in unless I paid. Yelled at my husband for dozing off in the chairs THEY TOLD US TO WAIT IN. Later they tried claiming we arrived at 11am (flight didn’t even land until 1030 and we took the local transit to try and “sight see” a little, so that was a joke since it’s 1.5 hours on the bus after customs etc), then assigned us a room with drugs in it.

We arrived early and wanted to store our luggage to go explore. Your front desk men were so nice and polite and helpful with both the luggage and directions to London. When checking in around 9pm, a flight had recently been cancelled. Your staff was getting yelled at by many customers. They were still so kind, patient and helpful. We will recommend you to our USA friends!!!!!!

Unwelcoming, unsmiling staff generally. Reception staff were rude. I booked the room and paid with my card, so I went to book in. The man on the desk when we booked in asked my husband if we were together and then started to speak to him about the reservation having first cut me off while I was speaking. There followed a bizarre exchange where my husband gave my name to the man in front of me while I stood there. I then said I could speak for myself and the man on reception then would hardly look at me and answered in monosyllables. Our room was basically clean, but smelled faintly of chemicals, had nasty chips and marks around the bath and suspicious looking stains on the carpet. The following morning I went to book out and asked about parking and a different man was also rude. Both my husband and myself noted that customer care was the worst we have ever experienced at any hotel. It was our first time at an Ibis. It was just one night. It was cheap. Frankly we’ll pay more next time for a different hotel and never return.

Cheap, budget hotel with no frills but with polite staff and clean rooms (albeit a little tired looking). Astonished that the planes were landing close by because the room was very quiet. Great links into London or to Heathrow nearby. Convenient for an early morning flight or late arrival.

Very big and comfortable room, but this area is a bit rough

I appreciated the hotel’s location—it was just a short walk from the bus station, with plenty of dining options nearby and even a convenience store close at hand. The bed and pillows were comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep.

Location is superb with easy access to buses, to the subway at Hounslow West and to the airport. Shuttle buses to the airport come to the hotel. There is a restaurant on the premises.

Convenient hotel for Heathrow T3 the bus stops outside the front door and takes 20 minutes for £6:50. The check in was quick and the manager very helpful. We will use again.

Stayed the night in readiness for an early morning flight. So easy to get bus 105 or 111 straight to the airport.

Good, convenient hotel for a night before flying from Heathrow. Its budget, but has everything you need to sleep and the beds are comfortable. Ive stayed twice and once I heard no plane noise, the other time was at the other end and right under the flight path so you could hear some noise, but the flights stop at 11pm so didnt affect sleep. Its also quite cool watching the planes land as you can see the runway from some of the windows. Parking was easy and was £13 for 24 hours which is reasonable for London

Perfect spot near airport. Hotel was perfect for thebprice and location. Good Portuguese restaurant a block away which was convenient.

This hotel was excellent value, with nice staff. Had a good pizza in the bar and the breakfast was great. I will be back.

Ibis Budget Hotel is great! Easily accessible from Heathrow via shuttle o city bus. Great breakfast.

The Ibis budget hotel kind of surpassed my expectations. My Fiancée and I stayed for an entire week. The reception is on the first floor so you really don't have to interact with staff if you don't want to that gives it more of an apartment feel at times. Don't get me wrong, it's a budget hotel and they are definitely lacking in some departments. No mini fridges in the rooms was kind of lame, water spots all over the taps/shower/glass etc. But for the price, it was actually kind of decent. The bar has a nice vibe and is a very chill way to end your evening with a pint- But beware of the food. I ordered a tuna sandwich and it was as if there was a national shortage on tuna mayo. A literal scraping in some cold toast with some mouldy crisps and a very sorry looking mini salad. My fiancée was brave and ordered the Nachos and I'm not quite sure I have the literary skill to describe the sorry mess that arrived at our table. I did complain and they offered us free desert, which I appreciated but I was honestly a bit too afraid to order anything else.

Late arrival and the hourly shuttle service fell out which involved waiting until after 10 pm for the next one. No food available, not even bar food despite advertising that there would be food . Next morning arrived 2 minutes before shuttle departure but it drove off past me and I had to spend €34 on a taxi. Tried to print off 2 pages for my work but was told the printers were broken. The hotel is advertised 9 minutes from airport but it’s more than double, even longer that distance. N

Restaurant food very expensive, cold and blend so will advise not to use.

Hotel is in a great location and ideal for what we needed it for. The lady at reception when we checked in did not seem happy to be there, no smile and not very welcoming. We did like the room, it was very clean and perfect for the 1 night stay. The dining was awful. The restaurant was clean but the servers were not very helpful, the food is very overpriced, the portions are small, the fries were rock solid and the food was like it was just brought from Tesco down the road and shoved in the microwave. We had the sauces taken off us because another table wanted them so clearly did not have enough supply for more than a few tables. We will consider staying here again due to the convenience of it but will jump at the chance of staying somewhere else if the price is right because this hotel has many improvements to make. If we do stay here again, we will not be using the bar/restaurant as we felt it was appalling.

Breakfast 2nd day was cold.. the sausages, beans, mushrooms and hashbrowns.
