Hotel Avenida Victorville I 15

It was exactly as described on the website, we enjoyed the oversized jacuzzi tub, the only flaw it had no closet. We were there for 4 days and 3 nights for my father's funeral. It would have been a lot better with a closet we had to live out of the suitcase the entire trip. But then did provide me with an iron on request.

Clean room. The staff was friendly and helpful., air conditioning was perfect and plenty of parking. I will definitely be going back.

Absolutely wonderful for the price! They took care of me, I felt clean and safe there for an amazing price!! And free parking!

Pool could have been cleaner.

This was probably one of the worst hotels i have ever stayed at. First of all it is a Quality Inn. This is not mentioned anywhere. Secondly the bed was so soft my partner could not get a good nights sleep. You couldnt even roll over. The pool was paddlelocked so it was unuseable. The area was very noisy with not a lot of close places to eat unless you like convience food. Will not recommend.

AC was awesome. Beds INCREDIBLY COMFY! QUIET, WELL LIT OUTSIDE AND LOCATED IN AN AREA THAT IS CKOSE TO EVERYTHING WITHOUT THE TRAFFIC! IVE STAYED HERE AT LEAST 20 TIMES DEFINITELY MY GO TO FOR THE COMFORT AND AFFORDABILITY. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.

The room was beautiful & huge...not a room, a full suite!! For the price of a small room! And the gentleman who checked us in was wonderful. The parking was great too!

Never again. Towels and pillow cases were stained, overall condition of the room was poor.I had to go to a truck stop to shower, I didn't want my kids feet touching the floor. The entire place smelled of Marijuana, abandoned cars in the parking area. My advice is stay somewhere else.

Super clean and quiet location.

Overall, that stay at Hotel Avenida was good! The room was clean, the beds were clean and the bathroom was clean. Many towels were available in the bathroom! The toilet had a small structural problem but was good. Water was hot for showers with good pressure. The TV was having an issue but the staff were able to resolve it pretty quick.

My wife was very upset. We end up not staying a d loosing our money. We checked in. Arrive to the room and found longs hairs on bed. Pillow cases were wet and stain with more hair on them. Brocken refrigerator use as a door stop to keep connecting door closed. Floors not clean. The whole room look like the previous customer fixed it before leaving. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

We arrived very late at night after driving for almost 20 hours. We had to wait several minutes outside in the cold and wind for the staff to come to the front desk to check in. He was very short with us and rude. A security deposit was required in case of damages. Every time I have had a security deposit in the past, it was a "hold" on my card that was released upon checkout. This time, however, a $50 charge was placed. We have stayed with the Quality Inn brand many times in the past. We love their policy that children stay for free with parents as long as no additional bedding is requested. This time, however, the staff saw my child and stated that I would not be getting my security deposit back. This was before we even entered the room. When we got into the room, it looked nothing like the pictures on the website. It was extremely small. The bathroom was dirty and had a spot on the ceiling that looked like feces. We brought our own pillows and blankets for the drive, and thank goodness we did. When we turned down the beds the sheets were dirty, had hair and other things in them, and there were several cigarette burns in the bedding. We had to sleep with our own bedding on top of the beds. We also requested a non-smoking room, but the room reeked of cigarette smoke. We were very disappointed with our stay here. The price was originally good, but once my security deposit was taken and only partially refunded, the price was definitely not worth the value. Disappointing.

Our bathroom was visibly dirty! Nothing a small amount of effort could have taken care of the problem

Room smelled like marijuana, deadbolt didn’t work, bathroom had hair all over the floor. Heater was super loud.

Stayed at another hotel the day before we booked through another app that we didn’t like, we should of booked our whole stay at this hotel. Very clean close to everything in town.

Due to the loss of a friend, we were in the area so we stayed here..Front desk was helpful, and check-in was seemless.. the room was below average, (smaller than expected) the shower head had a major leak, and the fire sprinkler had a "drip" leak, over the Toilet area. Be careful, the surrounding area, was to say the least "sketchy".. Best part of the stay was we were right next to an "old school" diner.. Molly Browns!! had the best breakfast, and the coolest staff.. Overall, an "Ok" stay

Clean, renovated room. Easy access off I-15. Good stop for a night.

This room was way nicer than I expected! For the price, it was one of the nicest rooms I've ever stayed in. Bed was really comfortable and felt like it had higher-end linens than typical Budget motels. Bathroom was nicely updated, whole room felt clean and modern. I would definitely stay here again, 100%!!

Shower only gave cold or scalding water. Air conditioning stopped working. No one there on staff to resolve problems.

AC great. Internet great. Lots of lights and plugs. Refrig. Spartan but thoughtfully put together so all basics were attended to. Will stay again when in the area. Some noise from highway by not a bother.

This property did not let me check in. When I arrived the man at front desk said “we are sold out” I told him I booked 2 rooms and he said no I don’t have it. Expedia told me they would resend him my reservation when I asked him if he could check again he stated “I don’t work for you. You are not my boss I don’t have check” he refused to check. Expedia told me they would contact him and he was not answering. I was not able to get assistance from Expedia. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!!

I didn't get to stay here . This place didn't notify me of a 200 dollar down payment fee, but I paid for me room online . Once I showed up to the property the worker at the front desk asked for 200 dollar security down payment . I didn't have the money on me at the moment. So I couldnt stay , and they never gave me back my money . Worker at the front desk said it wasn't his problem . But I guess it was my fault for not knowing they asked for 200 dollar down. .. I would at least think they would notify me to have the 200 before they took my money for the room . Or at least give me my money back . For not making it clear or notifying me before I booked the room . . It was embarrassing showing up 2 hours away from home and then. Having to spend the night in my car when I had already paid for a room .

i stayed here in november & i left thinking everything was fine. no problems. i get a room a couple days ago thru hotels.com. i go check in & they tell me im placed on the ‘DNR’ list. haven’t received a refund. highly disappointed. like yall shoulda told me at check out last time i would be on DNR

This was a great experience and was the easiest and friendliest checkin of my cross country trip out of 15 motels. A very nice gentleman named Tom could tell that I wasn’t feeling well and he went above and beyond to meet my needs. The room was clean and comfortable and exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this motel.

Staff is very nice and friendly.

Very rude ! Never complained in my life . Drove 9 hours . Just to tell me my deposits 100+ while hearing the previous customer only having to pay 50. Wouldn't take cash. He definitely talked to us like we were dumb for no reason other than because he was having a bad day. Be careful everyone.

Very quick and easy to check in and good prices

The hotel was nice and the room was clean. But on the side of the building between the circle K gas station appeared to be a group of males that seemed to be conducting business at 1:00 Am before I went to bed.

It was overall a nice place to stay, despite being in a run down neighborhood. A little drafty, but that's to be expected. Very nice and comfortable.

They super friendly stuff they help when I need towels ... Also they provide breakfast yogurt fruit and waffles I really recommend this place it was my first time here will stay for 4 night ... Definitely when I go back to adelanto will chose that same place to stay

The host were very polite and quiet . I appreciate the breakfast they had fresh fruit and waffles . The pool can be a little more cleaner but over all a great stay . Me and my son very much enjoyed our room and our stay .

The room was clean and ready upon check in. All our needs were met swiftly and with a genuine smile. It is always our preference to support local independent business operators. They really care about their customers. This was no exception! The independent cafe next door was also excellent in price, service and quality food. The two really compliment each other in creating an excellent and affordable stay. We will happily return on our next road trip.

The bed was extremely comfortable, and I love the fancy no carpet! Breakfast was limited but had coffee, cereal, waffle maker, juice and yogurt so was enough to get our day started

no me gustó para nada no tenía secadora de cabello ni plancha de ropa la puerta se atora a el baño bien pequeño y nada tenía una botella bien pequeña de shampoo, el front desk era potejido con video eso me hizo pensar en la inseguridad del lugar, el desayuno no tenían casi nada no me volvería a queda ahí . la cámara si son cómodas
