Points positifs : - Bien situé pour visiter l'île - Très belle piscine et jardin Points négatifs : - Endroit bruyant à cause de la route tout près, des travaux autour, et du manque de règles et /ou de courtoisie des autres hôtes - Absolument pas de services comme indiqué sur le web (pas de laverie, de cuisine commune, de pool bar,...) - Attention la climatisation est payante sur place, vous aurez donc extrêmement chaud sauf si vous payez et vous profiterez avec la fenêtre ouverte du bruit extérieur

Orada maria diye bir kadın var. Odamızın anahtarını istedik bize bağırdı. Git al resepsiyon anahtarlığından diye, oyele yeni girdik oda numaramızı bile bilmezken.. Sürekli bir kaos ortamı bağırış çağırış. Kahvaltı hiç yapmadım o kadın hazırladığı için. Çarşaflar lekeli. Su yavaş akıyor. Otel giriş ve çıkışında kayıt yok. Rastgele dönen bi iş yeri var, otelin sahibi ölmüş ve ondan kalan bir sürü hatıra etrafta resimleriyle beraber, ölüm var sadece lobide..

A disappointing stay. The facilities/services described by the hotel were unavailable, including transfer service (no answer to our request), toiletries (there weren't any) and pool bar (non-existent). There was no one at reception at any time of the day during our stay. When we arrived, we found our room key lying on the reception desk. The room was very hot – at least 30°C. We eventually found the owner, who gave us 1.5 litres of water and an air conditioner for an additional €10 per day. Cleanliness was a major issue. There were water flies in the pool, and the sunbeds were stained and poorly maintained. There were ants and cockroaches in our room, and the mosquito screens didn't work and didn't close tightly. The daily “cleaning” consisted of making the bed and emptying the rubbish bins. The floors and toilet were not cleaned. We found black hairs in the bathroom that made us question whether it had been cleaned before our arrival. There was also an issue reg. payment. We had paid a €350 deposit, but the owner wanted us to pay the entire amount again. We spent a lot of time to clarify and document our payment (thank you to hotels.com for helping). We checked out the morning before our departure, as we had to leave very early the next day. The process was very difficult. We had to wait 1,5 hours to check out and pay because the owner didn't speak English, and was unable to operate the card terminal. Eventually, her daughter guided her over the phone. We won't come back.

Auch unsere Freunde waren mit ihrem Aufenthalt im Dimitra Sun rundum zufrieden und würden das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Das Hotel überzeugt vor allem durch seine familiäre Atmosphäre und die außergewöhnlich freundlichen Gastgeber. Man wird herzlich empfangen und hat jederzeit das Gefühl, willkommen zu sein. Das gesamte Team ist hilfsbereit und sorgt dafür, dass sich die Gäste wohlfühlen. Das Doppelzimmer war sauber, gepflegt und wurde täglich gründlich gereinigt. Die Ausstattung war zweckmäßig und völlig ausreichend für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Besonders angenehm war die ruhige Lage, sodass man sich nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag gut entspannen konnte. Das Frühstück war frisch, lecker und bot alles, was man für einen gelungenen Start in den Tag benötigt. Durch die zentrale Lage eignet sich das Hotel hervorragend als Ausgangspunkt, um die Insel Rhodos mit dem Mietwagen zu erkunden. Außerdem befinden sich in der Umgebung viele ausgezeichnete, traditionelle Tavernen. Ein Hinweis für zukünftige Gäste: Die Klimaanlage kostet 8 € pro Tag. Zusätzlich fällt – wie auf Rhodos üblich – eine Tourismusabgabe von 2 € pro Unterkunft und Nacht an. Für den fairen Preis erhält man ein sehr sauberes, familiäres und liebevoll geführtes Hotel mit hervorragendem Service. Eine klare Empfehlung – wir würden das Dimitra Sun jederzeit wieder buchen.
