A disappointing stay. The facilities/services described by the hotel were unavailable, including transfer service (no answer to our request), toiletries (there weren't any) and pool bar (non-existent). There was no one at reception at any time of the day during our stay. When we arrived, we found our room key lying on the reception desk. The room was very hot – at least 30°C. We eventually found the owner, who gave us 1.5 litres of water and an air conditioner for an additional €10 per day. Cleanliness was a major issue. There were water flies in the pool, and the sunbeds were stained and poorly maintained. There were ants and cockroaches in our room, and the mosquito screens didn't work and didn't close tightly. The daily “cleaning” consisted of making the bed and emptying the rubbish bins. The floors and toilet were not cleaned. We found black hairs in the bathroom that made us question whether it had been cleaned before our arrival. There was also an issue reg. payment. We had paid a €350 deposit, but the owner wanted us to pay the entire amount again. We spent a lot of time to clarify and document our payment (thank you to hotels.com for helping). We checked out the morning before our departure, as we had to leave very early the next day. The process was very difficult. We had to wait 1,5 hours to check out and pay because the owner didn't speak English, and was unable to operate the card terminal. Eventually, her daughter guided her over the phone. We won't come back.

A parte lo scarafaggio in bagno appena entrati in camera, che non avevo mai visto di quelle dimensioni e la posizione non proprio comoda, a me personalmente l albergo è piaciuto. Curato sia il verde esterno che la piscina che è molto bella. La proprietaria rimane cmq la chicca di questo soggiorno. Signora gentilissima a cui puoi chiedere tutto quello che hai bisogno

Struttura situata in posto strategico per poter visitare l'isola da Nord a Sud. Aria condizionata da mettere in conto, impossibile fare senza... Proprietari carini e disponibili in tutto, ho passato una piacevole vacanza. Consigliato!!!
