I stayed 2 nights. The property has plenty of parking. The room was large. Comfortable bed. Good sized bathroom with a nice open walk in shower. Room was pretty quiet with a little noise from people in the hall. It has a pool, gym and self pay laundry machines. Great value for the cost.

Security needs improvement someone tried to break into my vehicle last night of my stay.

The property was clean. Easy access to the highway. However no snacks in vending machines.

Sleep Inn has become our go to hotel in NorthEast Austin. Quiet atmosphere on weekends. Kandy, front desk was so kind and welcoming! We appreciate the ability to check in a little early on the day of arrival and appreciate the late check out on departure day. We didn't have the breakfast during this most recent stay, but hotel is great overall! I would encourage replacement of defunct gym equipment. I used the elliptical as it was the only that seemed operational. Otherwise great option that doesn't break the bank

Outstanding customer service! I felt welcomed and well taken care of by the front desk manager, who went above and beyond with requests and even some generous surprises! All of this she did solo, quickly and with a busy lobby full of guests. My room was clean and comfortable, loved the secure gated parking area. So thankful my dog was welcomed! I do wish the hotel had a pet station or 2 and/or a dog run area. Having poop bags and a disposal bin nearby would be great selling points for dog parents like me who forgot their plastic bags! One small annoyance: The housekeeping staff entered my room at 8:30 am. Check out is 11 am. I was still asleep. Maybe that’s on me for not putting out my DND sign. But it felt a little early. I’ve had this experience at many hotels, so nothing specific to this one. All in all, great stay and I’ll happily return and recommend!

I like the gate is closed after 10 I didn’t like the vending machines where out of a lot of stuff

Had issues with the elevators which were next to our room the last night. Hard to sleep with the dings from the doors dingong every couple of minutes.

Internet was intermittent.

The person who checked us in was very friendly and helpful, answered all our questions and seemed very knowledgeable. Breakfast was great pool was clean. I don't really have any complaints. Thanks for the great stay. I wish I could find this level of service everywhere.

Advertized hot tub & there wasn't one. Would gave been great after a hard days work.

It was a very pleasant stay. The room and hotel were clean and the staff was professional and friendly.

The check-in agent was very friendly! But we were grossed out to discover on our second night that someone else’s dirty sock was left under the cooling unit.

We selected this Motel because it was close to the Austin Rodeo and had decent reviews. Motel has a no smoking policy they charge $50 deposit to assure rooms stay smoke-free. Was told they would evaluate the room and if found smoking had occurred would run credit card to get deposit. We are non-smokers so no worries however room we were given had definitely been smoked in. We asked for a different room as we did not want to be charged a deposit on someone else's account. Host was quick to provide us with another room and even came with us to check the second room to make sure it was to our liking. He did not want us to have to travel back downstairs if there was a problem very nice of him. He also checked previous room and agreed someone had been smoking in it. Our beds weren't as comfortable as I would have thought they would have been as advertised with premium pillow top comforters and pillows. Shower head was a extreme water saving type and had no pressure or water flow. Room was also advertised to have refrigerator stocked with free drinking water and alcoholic beverages but did not just refrigerator we also did not see any water available at front desk. Free breakfast was not available as we left early 5:30ish. I wish motels advertising a free breakfast would provide breakfast earlier or other accommodations such as fruit or pastries for the early departing guest. Overall our room served its needs was stay horrible No just a basic room with a lot of false advertising.

Staff was amazing, pet friendly facility. The facility itself is old and the first day a roach was in my room alive!! The area surrounding was a little suspect but I think that is the city of Austin period. Lots of homelessness and addicts. Overall It helped my family during the hurricane crisis in Houston

Great staff! Super clean!

Super easy check in, side entrance to building so we didn’t have to walk all the way back to the front of the building to get to our room. There was an odd smell in the hallway and our room. It wasn’t a gross/dirty smell but couldn’t quite place it. Our room also had a smell to it. Almost like someone had food in the room before and it lingered. The carpet in the room could also use a deep cleaning but otherwise beds were nice and room looked good.

Very clean in all spaces

We had an amazing stay. The only thing we had in issue with was cigarette smoke smell in the room but I went and purchased stuff to help and resolved the issue. Also the air-conditioning could work more efficiently.

It is a newer hotel so very clean & up to date. My only complaint was the air conditioner when it shut off you got hot & woke us up every time! Room was roomy & comfortable.

No hot water in the morning the next door neighbor stayed up talking all night...thin walls

Room & bed was very comfortable. Wish they had usb charger in the room, though. Convenient location for our needs. Price increased tho from time of my reservation. I thought the rate at which you reserved is the rate you were charged.

Was alright. No complaints on cleanliness.. just that there was no water pressure in my room. The water was barely coming out at some points.

The front desk person was friendly and efficient. The only thing that wasn't so good was the shower. The water was barely lukewarm. Other than that the room was great and i would definitely stay there again.

Very Clean, well maintained property. Safe, onsite parking. Wonderful customer service. Extremely friendly and attentive staff. Breakfast was minimal, but fresh. My only complaint is the comfort and size of the beds and pillows. The pillows were square, and the size of couch pillows. The beds were uncomfortable, hard, spring mattresses. Beds were advertised as Queen sized, they were definitely full size. We did not sleep well at all.

Ac didnt cool 1st room and then moved me another room and same took forever to cool they need to fix there ac units

Property was a good place to stay for the night, only complaints is some outlets didn’t work and properly charged our phones. Bed was a little uncomfortable and staff took a bit to tend to us in the front when checking in/out however allowed us to check out ahead of time which was great so overall the experience was good and we definitely see ourselves staying again in the near future. Also the destination is convenient as it is close to a lot of places that are convenient

I had an issue during check-in; I was given me keys and opened the room door without issue; Found people inside already; Had to return to lobby for another room; Very embarrassing and possibly dangerous.

The direct tv is awesome, they have soft and firm pillows, however during my stay 'jan 20 to jan 22' the heater broke and they made it problematic about switching rooms but after insisting on either the heater is fixed or i get a new room someone came and replaced the heating coils, but that is not all, i had a late check out ,yet the morning front desk clerk opened my door while I was changing clothes. Highly unprofessional. Will definitely not stay there ever again.

Good quality non smoking hotel indoirs w easy access to HWY 290 and well located in SE Austin Texas, close to airport,HEB, other and Travis Expo Center close by.. Goid Value for the cost.

It was very clean and very quiet. The location was really good. Convenient and easy on and off the highway.

It was good for what we needed it for but it is out of the way out in 183 and the only thing close to walk to was McDonalds.

Felt unsafe, lobby smelled like cigarettes. Room drawer handles broken/unscrewed. Lots of men/ construction workers. Didn’t see any women or children. Cigarettes all over outside property.

Conveniently located within a reasonable distance from the airport. Not far from downtown at all with access to other hot areas in the city of Austin.

The hotel doesn't have a lot of frills and breakfast isn't great. But the hotel was clean and well maintained. The room was clean, comfortable, and in good condition. Great value for the price.

I ended up checking in really late at night because of a delayed flight. The overnight team member was very courteous and attentive, especially considering it was close to midnight when I arrived. The daytime and housekeeping crew were very courteous also, genuinely and not in an overbearing false pretense manner. They made me feel welcomed and comfortable during my stay. Great hospitality! i also liked that there was a fitness area on site. The Continental Breakfast was good as well. I wish I could have stayed longer but I had another destination area.

We stayed on the 3rd floor. When we got off the elevator the hallways were hot and smelled like a nursing home or something. We got to our room and thankfully the air was on but the room smelled bad. I brought a room spray and used it. The room needs updates, the shower looked like it belongs to a prison. I didn't see any bugs so that's most important for being able to sleep. Had a wild night so we expected to sleep in. After a few hours of sleep housekeeping was very loud bumping around in the hallway and other rooms that had early checkouts. It was 8AM. Around 9AM the housekeeping LET THEMSELVES IN my room. We didn't have the extra lock on since half of our party was at "breakfast " HOW RUDE!! Breakfast consisted of microwave foods. Terrible scrambled eggs, white mushy potatoes, pale sausage, along with typical breakfast cereals and such. At least they did have waffles though. That saved the day for me somewhat. As a whole I thought I paid too much for a tiny room in dire need of updates. That was amplified by my inability to get rest and a housekeeper barging in. Breakfast sucked. Only good thing was that I did not see bugs. Oh, ice maker was also out of commission on our floor. 140 dollars to not sleep and have poor breakfast 😕
