The Hotel has BED BUGS, crawling on beds! and full of ants! I was taken to Three rooms and I was not able to find a decent one! The CITY should close down this hotel and disinfect the hell out of it! THE OWNER WILL NOT RETURN THE MONEY BACK BECAUSE I REFUSED TO STAY THERE! I will find the proper authorities to complain for the infestation they have!

A $70 hotel priced at $150/night. Shower water pressure very low. Two light fixtures did not work. Toilet seat fell off. TV remote back cover missing and batteries kept falling out. Interior of room fairly modern, but exterior area in need of painting. Hallway carpets in need of deep cleaning. None of this should be a surprise to management. Also significant highway road noise all night.

The wall paint around the light fixtures was not properly masked, which left the finish looking unprofessional. The outdoor trash cans were overflowing, and several breakfast items were missing during my stay. Overall, the standards at this location were far below what I have come to expect from Wingate by Wyndham.

The room we initially checked into wreaked of marijuana. That was the first sign this was going to be the hotel from hell. We were given a 2nd room and the sheets were dirty, there were bugs on the counters and the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed. I complained to the front desk and the clerk wasn’t very responsive. We checked out the next morning and stayed at another hotel up the street that was like a breath of fresh air!
