Harmony Suites Secaucus Meadowlands

Otel odaları iyi, geniş ve ferah. Onun dışında herşey çok sıradan. Banyo ve tuvalet gideri sıkıntılı, teknik servis gelmesine rağmen sorun giderilmedi. Kahvaltıda sunulan ürünler düşük kaliteli. Resepsiyonda ise İngilizcesi anlaşılmayan kişiler çalıştırılıyor. Bütün bunlardan çıkan sonuç: otel yönetimi kesinlikle başarılı değil.

I came to Harmony Hotel for a dog grooming convention and stayed for 2 nights. We stayed on the 9th floor and had a beautiful view of New York City. The rooms were clean, stocked, and updated. I was really surprised how spacious our room was. The hot water came on very fast and lasted a long time. The air conditioning in the room was effective and consistent. We enjoyed the breakfast. They even had waffles and omelettes and the breakfast was included with our stay. Overall I was really happy with the hotel and I felt it was worth the expense to stay super close to the convention center.

Hotel é muito bonito externamente, com uma ampla área interna, estacionamento coberto e gratuito, café da manhã muito bom e variado, atendimento cordial na recepção, região bem servida de comércio no entorno (tem inclusive uma Walmart e outras grandes lojas do lado, que dá pra ir a pé) e perto de Manhattan (tem um ônibus que passa na frente do hotel). O quarto é que foi uma grande decepção: parecia aqueles quartos antigos e que precisam de uma reforma urgente, TVs sem multimídia e sem streamings, quarto só com uma pia e um micro-ondas (mas sem talheres, panelas ou fogão para lanches rápidos), banheira antigona com um sistema de registro meio bizarro, quarto grande com dois ambientes (sala e quarto, muito espaçoso) mas com aspecto de abafado devido ao PIOR defeito do hotel, que é o fato das janelas serem fixas e não abrirem nem uma pequena fresta para ventilar o quarto, que acaba dependendo inteiramente do ar condicionado para ventilar. Minha namorada se sentiu pouco à vontade por conta dessa falta de ventilação e das janelas não abrirem, é meio claustrofóbico.

it is lovely hotel, friendly staffs, convenient to go to New York central station just 20 mins ride will be in Manhattan. Breakfast is ok, could do better though. Omelet and fruit were what I like there only. If improve the breakfast quality it is perfect hotel.
