clean rooms. Front desk is very helpful in giving information. check in and check out is very straightforward. Parked right on the street for free, no issues. Room service was great. Very close to the touristic area of Rome but away from the noisy crowd. Absolutely recommend this place.

The hotel was really nice! It was clean and modern looking and the employees there were really friendly. One complaint is that from the pictures and stuff I thought the hot tub was free and open to all guests, but it's actually behind a locked door and only available if you pay for it by reserving specific times. Also the area around the hotel wasn't that nice, but it was great to be able to walk to the subway. There was plenty of parking around the hotel. Across the street. We parked in the median a few steps from the door and the side street next to the hotel also had a lot of parking. If you plan to park your car there you will probably find a spot close by, but it might be a timing thing as well.

Visited Rome for the first time with my wife and two sons and stayed in this hotel for four nights. There is a bus stop outside the front door of the hotel and a metro station approximately 5 minutes walk away making the whole city accessible. The hotel was clean. The food choices for dinner were varied and all very good. All staff especially the bar lady were very friendly and helpful.

The Hotel Pulitzer Roma is advertised as a four-star hotel, meaning: of very high quality. In my opinion it does not uphold the standard of a four-star hotel. I will elaborate: 1) When I arrived, the AC was clearly not working. The staff did not mention this beforehand or during check-in. When I mentioned this, they said a pipe was broken so the AC was out of service in the whole building. They said they were sorry, but did not offer any compensation for the mishappening. So they failed to inform about the problem, and failed to amend it. I found the lack of service disturbing. 2) It is stated that the Hotel includes a training facility. Well, that is quite the hyperbole. It had a treadmill and maybe a bike in a small room, but that was basically it. 3) It was terribly noisy! I could hear people walk around in the corridor outside the room and talking, etc. Also, the traffic outside was intense. 4) I have stayed in several three- to four-star hotels. In my opinion, the interior, service, and furniture is befitting at best a three-star hotel. What I do think was good with this hotel, was basically two things: 1) the price range was somewhat forable for being within subway-distance to city centre, and 2) the relative close proximity to city centre was appreciated. Overall, it was OK but not great. I will not stay there again.

The room and the bathroom are very spacious, however, the furniture was white and it was stained. Also, there is only a single lock on the entrance door so we felt unsafe. Staff was very nice and polite, we tried to do an early check in but it was not possible, however they took our luggage to a locker until we came back. Overall if you are looking for a cheap stay away from the hubbub of central Rome this is a great place, super close to the metro and bus stop.

The room and the bathroom are very spacious, however, the furniture was white and it was stained. Also, there is only a single lock on the entrance door so we felt unsafe. Staff was very nice and polite, we tried to do an early check in but it was not possible, however they took our luggage to a locker until we came back. The website was misleading. The condition of the room wasn’t great. We were on the ground floor and there was a sewage smell in our bathroom. The toilet also ran constantly throughout the night. Lots of noise from the road across from the hotel. The bed was comfortable and it was close to the subway.

Das Zimmer war leicht muffig und die Sanitäranlagen sind sanierungsbedürftig. Der Schimmel im Bad und der dreckige Boden stachen heraus. Die Minibar sowie Klimaanlage machten in der Nacht Geräusche und sind zum Teil ausgefallen. Das Zimmer war leider auch hellhörig. Das Personal war jedoch freundlich und das Hotel hat eine gute öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung. Schade - wir hatten für 4 Sterne mehr erwartet.

The staff were very helpful. The rooms are clean, well-attended, and quiet enough. The first morning we came in, I had to do some work down in the social area. Over night staff brought me an espresso and it was fantastic and well-timed. The breakfast is one of the best spreads I've sampled at a hotel. Pulitzer is a gem.

The staff/employees are wonderful, very helpful and responsive. The rooms are clean, however the room we had needs an upgrade in the bathroom (Shower) and a "paint job" on the walls. Our room was on the ground floor, next to the restaurant/kitchen, therefore noisy. The location is roughly 15m-20m by taxi from City Center/Historical Rome. This hotel is a standard 3.5 star.

The staff/employees are wonderful, very helpful and responsive. The rooms are clean, however the room we had needs an upgrade in the bathroom (Shower) and a "paint job" on the walls. Our room was on the ground floor, next to the restaurant/kitchen, therefore noisy. The location is roughly 15m-20m by taxi from City Center/Historical Rome. This hotel is a standard 3.5 star.

This hotel was very clean and nice. Staff was very nice as well. My family sorted thur the filters to make sure we had a hotel with A/C however they control whether or not we can turn on the unit. I dont appreciate that at all. If we are paying for a room we should have the option of turning it on if we need it regardless of the weather outside. Thats my only beef with my stay.

Great option for early morning flight. Family room was perfect for our family of four (King and 2 twins). Very quiet, with good AC. No problem catching taxi to airport at 3am. Also liked that it’s right on the metro line.

Everything was great!! All the hotel staff were so helpful in all our requirements! Breakfast was excellent with different variety of choices, continental breakfast, pancakes, good cappuccino, very good croissants, different juices and fresh fruits. Place is accessible for bus rides to Transtevere and to the city central.

Variedade muito boa no café da manhã, funcionários atenciosos e respeitosos, o pequeno almoço tem que pagar separado, não é incluso, 12€ por pessoa por dia , se não me falha a memória. Execelente serviço de concierge, o pessoal do café no bar|restaurante também são super simpáticos e atenciosos. Só tenho elogios, a única coisa que acho que podiam melhorar é o shampoo, parece que é sabão, meu cabelo ficou todo colado como uma teia de aranha. Fora isso a estadia foi muito boa, recomendo e voltarei. Obrigado equipa, Pulitzer! Foi ótimo estar convosco.

Hotel was well located within a 5 minute or less walk to Marconi Metro station which got us into main attractions of Rome in 15 to 30 minutes depending on the attraction. Nice to have a mini market pretty much next door to buy sodas, chips, beer and other goodies. Did not like that did not see any eating places close by but did not matter because we ate close to the attractions we visited.

Breakfast had a good variety and the dining area was very nice. The hotel is obviously away from the city center but there is a bus stop right outside and a transit station that is 5 minutes walk away so very convenient to go anywhere you want.

Visited Rome for the first time with my wife and two sons and stayed in this hotel for four nights. There is a bus stop outside the front door of the hotel and a metro station approximately 5 minutes walk away making the whole city accessible. The hotel was clean. The food choices for dinner were varied and all very good. All staff especially the bar lady were very friendly and helpful.

The staff were very helpful. The rooms are clean, well-attended, and quiet enough. The first morning we came in, I had to do some work down in the social area. Over night staff brought me an espresso and it was fantastic and well-timed. The breakfast is one of the best spreads I've sampled at a hotel. Pulitzer is a gem.

Staff great and very helpful and helped with info etc. We had a triple room which was fine but just quite small - would have preferred either a larger room or a balcony/outside space as felt a little on top of each other. Had a restaurant which we didnt try as wanted to explore the area but should have done more research really as nearest restaurant was about 15-20 min walk away. Found getting around fairly easy as metro station was nearby - 5 min walk away and could get around fairly easily once we mastered that. Not sure we would stay there again due to distance to local restaurant/bars but thats just personal choice as we like more choice of things nearby.
