It was a pretty decent stay. Inly issue was the pool closed at 9 which was totally fine, but they dont offer any other real outdoor seating to just enjoy some night air, excapt an uncomfortable bench out front. Pool leaked but they did a good job refilling it. There was your average stains on the hall carpets. My desk chair i had to put in thw hall because it had mysterious white stains all over it. Regardless of what was done there thwy cleaned everything else. Blacklight even showed it being pretty clean. (Yes im that neurotic). Breakfast was pretty good. They did a good job keeping it stocked. Waffles were huge. Wouldve liked a better fruit selection but was nice to sit and eat with the family. Staff was super friendly. Made sure our stay was good and made sure to let us use an extra blanket for my always cold child. Over all, id stay here again. If ur looking for a friendly hotel thats resonable for price and accompdations. Id pick this again. Only thing id want like i said, was an outdoor seating area that wasnt locked at 9.

When we arrived for our stay, the power was out. This is not the fault of the hotel. The front desk staff adequately handled the situation. We were suggested by the staff that while the power is out, to spend time at the pool. 10 minutes after we arrived at the pool, kids were in the water, the manager of the hotel came out and asked everyone to move because his landscaper was coming to cut. the manager of the hotel asked 1-15 or so people to move out of the pool area for 20-30 minutes for grass cutting, When he had just instructed us to go to there, because of power outage. I brought this calmly to the attention of the manager, and his Response was “ It will only be 20 to 30 minutes please? Otherwise he will have to come back.” I said “ I recognize that this is an inconvenience for you, and that you may have to reschedule. However, you have customers here with nowhere else to go dripping wet. We cannot shower because your power is out, You told us yourself that the water pump isn’t working. So please don’t displace families unnecessarily. Do you think that’s good customer service?” He offered for us to come back and use the pool another time when not guests. useless meaningless offer. Additionally, our room did not have a shower curtain, there was an huge orange stain around the tub. The woman at the front was great. The manager’s lack of common sense and Customer service is why I won’t go back here.

I liked the fact that they are pet friendly. Close to the Base. Disappointed that the ice machine was out of order and judging by the sign, it has been not working for awhile. This is the first hotel that did not have a phone in the room, which is inconvenient for us older folks without a cell phone.

This is a basic hotel with some cute amenities (pool noodles, giant outdoor chessboard). We could hear the people in the room next to us and their alarm even woke us in the morning. Our room originally stank of cigarettes but they immediately moved us and apologized when we complained. It was a great choice on our way to 6 flags and was family friendly.

Ample parking. Clean rooms. Domino's Pizza was right next door and 7-11 was a few doors down. The rooms were clean. Pool was closed when we went so that was a bummer. Overall, would stay again.

Fire alarm went off around midnight waking all guests but manager could not be found. Guests had to endure loud alarms for more than 30 minutes until fire dept cleared. Small cockroaches in two rooms. Manager apologized but did not do more to compensate the bad experience.

Bed sheets and comforter dirty. Bathroom was awful. Water felt and smelled like iron it upset my stomach just taking a shower. Would not recommend. AC worked well.

While staff were great, my actual room was dull and smelled very moldy! There looks to be mold on the ceiling over the bed as well as in the bathroom shower on the floor. I did not feel comfortable laying on the sheets so I spread clothes to have a barrier between me and the sheets. The in room and hall carpets are stained. This was nothing like expected. This place is nothing the like the booking photos. It definitely needs some work.

The bath tub was dirty I think from poor maintenance of the ceiling tiles, which had cracked and made dust in the tub. My room was nonsmoking but it smelled like old smoke and I had to keep the windows open for sitting in the room and sleeping.

Stayed for one night with my toddler son and mom. I had high hopes because the reviews. The lobby was very nice and clean and you can tell that it was recently updated. On the front desk there was iPads that showed what the rooms looked like. We arrived later in the night and got checked in. After entering the first room my mom noticed a “bug” on the wall. With in the first 2 minutes of being there we saw a total of 4 “bugs”crawling on the wall and bathroom door. The receptionist was very kind and got us a new room that seemed cleaner. There was dry cereal left between the bed and nightstand. The bath tubs in both rooms were very much old to sight and appeared dirty. This hotel has potential just poorly remodeled and not very clean.

Room, bedding, shower were all clean and smelled fresh. Hallway smelled like dogs because they allow pets. There were a lot of people being noisy in the hallway and main lobby until 4 or 5 am. Then again around checkout time. Bed was not comfortable. For a $90 stay, this was goodbut not great

You walk in to a beautiful clean lobby. Then you walk down the hall toward the room- the carpeting in the hallway was visibly dirty. When I entered the room my first impression was good. Looked updated and clean but then I entered the bathroom. They invested in updating the sink/vanity but the bathtub and shower head… wow definitely need updating. Water out of shower and sink had a weird metal like smell. Bathroom smelled very musty. Overall I think this facility needs improvement in cleanliness.

Everything was great. Stayed here for a short trip to Six Flags Great Adventure. My only complaint was the beds. They were hard as a rock and very uncomfortable. Other than that it was very clean and quiet. The hotel is old, but has been recently updated. Front desk staff was nice.

Hotel is getting old and run down. Had a musty odor in the hallways, the bed mattresses are uncomfortable, and the bathrooms need some serious attention. Several water stains on the ceilings and the bathtubs themselves were in bad shape and in need of replacement. The complimentary breakfast was disappointing, but that's just my opinion. The lobby was spotless and inviting, but then conditions got poor once you got past the lobby. On a good note, the staff was extremely pleasant and very accommodating though! Front desk girl was very nice.

The bed was super hard. The walls paper thin i could hear everything next door. Roach in the bathroom. Shower durty. This was not a pleasant stay at all when you walk in the hotel looks nice but once in the room its a different story. I would never come here again!

Excellent customer service! Hair dryer broken and no maintenance on staff that day… they made arrangements for me to go to a nearby, vacant room to use the one there. I found that to be above and beyond!!! They could have just said, “sorry” and left it at that. They understood how a bad hair day could have wrecked my morning! Thank you. 💕

The customer service here is absolutely terrible. I currently manage a hotel myself in Time Square, NYC so i know how hospitality should go. This hotel staff does not care about anything but selling the rooms. They don’t care about your concerns. They don’t care about your requests or making sure you’re comfortable for your stay. They are extremely rude & will tell you anything to satisfy you for the moment so you don’t keep “complaining”. The front desk agents don’t allow you to speak to a manager so your concern is dealt with. I ended up leaving my face wash & toothpaste in the bathroom because i was in a rush (i know for sure i left it because my partner told me he saw it on the counter of the bathroom right before we left, i just forgot to grab it). I called the hotel immediately after to let them know & the front desk agent named Dev & Rha, told me to contact the next morning to speak to a manger and housekeeping. I called the next morning and the front desk agent Dev was extremely rude to me. I have never in my years of traveling ever came across someone like him and i work in NYC!! (I come across rude people all the time). As a manager at a hotel, that was extremely shocking to experience. He refused to let housekeeping manager know about my issue, so i practically had to beg to speak to the housekeeping manager. I know every hotel has one because i work at one!! I have came here after 5 hours in the rain after kids games to realize the booking I just made was in a week. I booked for the correct date immediately at the hotel being advised by the front desk just to find out they a day later they refuse to refund me for the booking a week later! Be careful when booking at such properties. It is very unfortunate when property holds on to your money despite of genuine mistake and realization just few hours later after booking.

The hallway ceiling is under construction and on the website didn’t mention it, tub had a ring around it, room desk was wobbly, on the morning of check out there was a roach in the bathroom. Staff: rude male desk clerk arguing with customer and bcz she didn’t stay quiet he says she was disrespectful and black listed us from the hotel and are not allowed to extend our stay and to come back. Also after 9pm the smoke alarm goes off and we were told we had to evacuate until the fire department checked it out and that it was safe to go in. When it was safe to go in we over heard the fire dept tell the front desk that a hit plate in the rooms is a big no and to find out it was a staff member’s room that was using it and caused the smoke alarm to go off. When I questioned the front desk man about the smoke alarm he lies and says that it was a smoke alarm mishap and it won’t be going off again. But he didn’t know I knew about the hot plate being used by staff in room. F. Breakfast: ok, plain!

The staff was very nice. There is a bbq restraunt just a walk through the parking lot and 7/11 in walking distance. The hotel was clean. It was also just a short drive to six flags.

It was a little hard to find at first. It had a lot of parking out front for guests. I enjoyed the fact that the doors locked except to key card at 9pm. This added to the safe feeling. I will stay here again next time I go to Six Flags Great Adventure.

The hotel was a convenient location near six flags. (About 20 mins). However, the room looked clean but smelled musty upon arrival. Bathroom needed a serious update and the shower definitely could’ve used a better cleaning job. For the price I guess breakfast was just something to put in our stomachs before checkout. Muffins, yogurt ,apples, cereal and coffee and tea. Staff was very courteous and friendly. I would recommend this hotel for 1-2 night stay

A suggestion would be to use wrapped sweets. Bagels can be a good option as well. I request to extend my days and morning staff didn't provide any options. Otherwise, is a good choice for a stay.

We booked this hotel because it was close to the Air Force Base, the shore, and they allow pets. The pictures they showed online are not reflective to the state of the hotel. There are no ceiling tiles in the hallway ceiling. All the wires, piping, and dust are exposed and you walk through it every time you go to your room bring it in there. The remodel is done in the bathroom, but not done correctly. They attempted to paint over the mold, which is now coming through the paint they used, and the caulking going around the quarter round that they used to try to seal the gap at the top of the shower is also showing mold. The water from the shower was incorrectly installed, hot water coming out of cold water tap and cold out of hot. The sheets that were on our bed had bodily stains larger than the size of a small orange. There is no excuse for why they would use these sheets over again. The staff was nice but room service did not come to our room once during the five day stay, I had to collect our trash and take it out myself, vacuum my own room, and I had to go to them and asked for replacement towels. The pool area was nice and well maintained, but the hot tub does not work anymore so it’s just a small pool attached to the larger pool. But the worst part of the whole stay was that they charge us $40 a night for our pet to stay there, $40 and they did not come to our room once to clean. I tired to handle this thru BW and management, but they still have not reached out.
