Doubletree by Hilton Chattanooga Hamilton Place

When we arrived, the concierge (Candice) was pleasant, professional, gave us her full attention. When entered our room, it was clean and acceptable. It had a television, safe, refrigerator, and ample drawers and closet. The bathroom was clean. It didn't have any ventilation, so it's very steamy. When I returned to the lobby to put back the luggage caddy, Candice approached me and took care of it in a very friendly manner. Our room had a curtain and screen. The curtain wouldn't go down all way - screen did. However, there are lights outside that shined all night. There's a tub with a shower - always had hot water. The tub began dripping after the first use and never stopped. This is a simple maintenance fix. We had the breakfast buffet, which was very good. I believe the lady's name who was assisting us was Anna. Very helpful and pleasant. However, there was no advance notice that it was $16 per person. Parking is free, the pavement is in good shape, with ample space. All and all it was a good stay for the cost.
