We had a great stay at Hilton Redding. The service desk folks were kind and helpful throughout the 3 days that we were there. Having the pool open would've been great in April but we knew it was outdoors and it was a bit chilly anyways.

Excellent place to stay. If you have dogs they are welcomed. It’s clean. Spacious rooms. Comfy beds. I did my laundry while working out. Breakfast is included and has healthy options

Our family was there for a celebration of life for a family member. We wanted to meet as a family after the service and the staff made sure we had a place to gather. The staff was incredible. The rooms were great and the bed was very comfortable. We would stay here again.

I requested a rooms without pet allergens due to extreme pet allergy. The room smelled like wet animal hair. As this affects my immune system I did not sleep well, woke up with sore throat, headache, congestion and lungs affected. It was late at night when I realized this and too late to ask to change rooms.

Hotel staff were all great, very friendly and helpful. The hotel feels new, the room was great, had a whole kitchen and every necessity right there. Convenient location, close to lake and downtown. My only complaint was the bathroom, it definitely was not cleaned properly before we got there. There were obvious signs of usage like hair and dirt on toilet and tub. This is typically cleaned before the next guest but not sure if they had to clean in a rush and missed it. The rest of the room was very clean so I still had a pleasant stay. Beware that Wi-Fi seems to be free only for Hilton members and cleaning is only done by request. I would still stay here again, overall good experience.

The receptionist was nice but I’m not happy with the room and the smell of the blankets. The bathroom was hair everywhere and it’s not clean. I’m very disappointed this time.

When we checked in our room was dirty. When we reported we were given clean bedding for us to change. There was no other room for us to move to. Next day we reported and asked for a manager. The manager told her staff that she was busy and would call. 2 days later we still haven’t received a call.

The customer service was not good by any means. Front desk staff was rude and not real helpful. The room was nice and clean, but the breakfast bar was disgustingly filthy and many items were out and not replaced in a timely manner. I will not go back nor do I recommend this place for any traveler. Stay clear and find another hotel to stay in.

The hotel was modern, clean and the room had everything you would need such as a kitchen sink, microwave and full size refrigerator. Katie at the front desk was amazing and so helpful and friendly. She made our stay that much more enjoyable. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended.

It is advertised as rooms with full! kitchen, but there is no stove, not even a stove top to cook on!! The carpet smells terrible and made our feet black! Not just dirty, black!! We were trying to ask for compensation of some sort because of the misrepresentation of the kitchen especially, but no luck. Also, in 2024 you should definitely recycle, what a way to run hotels, Hilton. Huge disappointment

Great property. Looks relatively new. Large rooms, well laid out. Breakfast included. Staff friendly. Located in a light industrial area but adjacent to highway so access to everything is easy but you do need a car. Quite area which was nice.

Absolutely it was lovely. Unfortunately the people next to me were very loud. The continuous slammed their door and they were talking loudly. At one point they knocked on a door that was locked between the two rooms, throwing my dogs into loudly barking. Not very restful. I did not complain or call the desk. The desk attendant was very nice and friendly. I just made do and kept my dogs quiet

The rooms had many nightlights that had no way of shutting off. Guest need the option to shut all types of lights off. Sleeping away from home is hard enough. To spend the whole night with no way to shut off lights, is not ok.

This was our 5th stay over the last 2 years here and our last visit exceeded our last great experiences. Tatiana who checked us in was an absolute gem! I travel for work and stay in various hotels throughout the country and have many customer service interactions and none have prompted me to write a review. Tatiana will bring us back here again! I have no doubt she will rise quickly through your company- thank you for making our tired and weary family feel welcomed with her warm and friendly hospitality!

They refuse to service the room. I was staying 4 nights. When leaving for work on the third day I stopped by the desk and asked them to service the room. Left my room number and she wrote it down. Came home, they hadn’t cleaned. I called down and asked for the following day to have the room serviced. She apologized and said she promised it would happen the following day. She said heads will roll if it doesn’t. I said if it doesn’t it won’t matter anymore because my 4 day stay ends on Sat. I told her I paid over $900 for this visit expecting a clean room with good service. We’ll I didn’t get it and again nobody refreshed the room. When I checked out nobody even bothered to ask how my stay was.

Great property. Looks relatively new. Large rooms, well laid out. Breakfast included. Staff friendly. Located in a light industrial area but adjacent to highway so access to everything is easy but you do need a car. Quite area which was nice.

Loved everything about hotel only criticism would be breakfast average and make sure to get extra pillows at check in, clearly not enough. Only 3 for a king size bed and pull out had 2; worse front desk had no extra so 4 adults 5 little pillows.

I would rate this property excellent! My only complaint would be the buffet breakfast could’ve been a little bit better but overall the hotel is wonderful

The customer service was not good by any means. Front desk staff was rude and not real helpful. The room was nice and clean, but the breakfast bar was disgustingly filthy and many items were out and not replaced in a timely manner. I will not go back nor do I recommend this place for any traveler. Stay clear and find another hotel to stay in.

Our interactions with staff were consistently pleasant and friendly. Of particular note was my experience with Keith when I arrived late for breakfast and he told me that he just cleared the food and he offered to bring me a plate and he reheated that food before bringing it out for me. What an unexpected way to start my day. Thank you.

Pretty new hotel that is just WELL RUN. Super helpful and friendly staff. Plenty of parking. Good breakfast food. Near the freeway and not near any food or shopping, so that is the small drawback. I will stay here again!!

Was a HUGE disappointment for staying here at this hotel. Pool was dirty with mold and so much hair in it. Also no towels in the pool area at all. Our bathroom was dirty with stuff all over the mirror, hair all over the floor and sink and the shower area was moldy. The lady at the front was not very nice and acted like we were putting her out by being there trying to check in. She was also folding towels right there in the front of the hotel as we walked in. Paying almost $400 a night for a hotel you expect a specific type of behavior when coming in. Not someone folding towels all over the table as you enter the hotel. I also heard the lady at the front desk arguing with someone as they were checking in about one of their policies. And the customer asked to speak to a manager and she denied him and said it would not change anything. My kids asked for an extra blanket for their sleeping on the sofa bed and they were told "one blanket per room." We are on a 3 week rod trip and have stayed at so many different hotels that were HAPPY to give us another blanket. Never have I ever been denied an extra blanket because it was "one per room." Was not impressed with this place at all.
