Staff were 10/10! So helpful and kind! My room was clean and the bath tub was amazing. The food was next level and I enjoyed having room service. My massage was also fantastic and relaxing. Would highly recommend this entire establishment.

Rapport qualité/prix n'est pas à la hauteur. La baignoire le système de bouchage ne marchait pas, le petit déjeuner très peu d'aliment, on a demandé des oeufs il était 7h30, on nous a répondu qu'il n'y avait pas de chef cuisinier... Par contre le restaurant très bien, une très belle vue sur parc

The rooms were nice had a small issue with the first one but was taken care of immediately not even 10 minutes after the complaint, which was really nice to see how it attempted. other than that this is one of the most beautiful place after that, the staff is wonderful The peacefulness though is far from everywhere, but God knows how much I needed it just to be at peace and they spa sauna everything they provide. It’s just extra extraordinary. Had a great time will recommend especially for solo traveler who has tried to be on their own, but still feel safe to do so
