We enjoyed our stays at Marques de Vallejo, both at the start and end of our week of cycling in Rioja. From the water and apples available at the front door to the room and breakfast, we have nothing but nice things to say. This will be our first pick when we return to Logrono.

Hotel is in poor condition and over rated calling itself 4 star. No tea/ coffee making facilities in room. Wifi terrible. Toilet pan was not fixed properly to the floor and wobbled precariously. This is going to cost them some real money if they wait for it to fail. Shower bath was scarily slippery. In real need of some tlc. .Generally shabby.

The hotel is right in the heart of the old part of town. We stayed during the first day of the Rioja Wine Festival (highly recommend!) and you barely could hear the drummers of the parade when the windows were closed; open and you were in the thick of it! Externally comfortable and spacious room. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here when we return.

Super central location, friendly staff, good breakfast but broken coffee machine. Custom made omlets for breakfast was a plus. Possibility to make a cup of morning coffee in the room was missed. A worn/dirty slot for inserting key card for electricity was noted and a little surprising. You can drive to the entrance and unload baggage. Parking is a couple of blocks away and costs 15 Euros/day, passing in/out was efficient. Overall a nice hotel, but some details could have been better.
