The most rude , offensive, insulting staff I've ever encountered

An amazing big room, with windows and balconies gust on the sea front - who needs more for the perfect stay ? Nicola and the team are great, very pleasant hospitality. The restaurant at the rooftop is an experience by itself. Fantastic breakfast with the breez coming from the blue sea in front... Ask for the Spa great options.... We recommend !

Unique set up with different rooms in the old part of Akko. However, there was no breakfast although I prepaid for breakfast, check in was in a short window of time, check out wasn’t available in the morning and the front desk wouldn’t answer the phone or text as I tried to figure out how I would make my early departure without assistance with luggage. The room wasn’t clean at all, hot water handle came off when I tried to turn on the water….and on.

Great location on the city wall facing the sea. Our rom was very large and nicely decorated. It's a pity that breakfast was not available

A true megical expirience at Acotika. We were updraded to the posh "Romantica" suite. A new, high standards room within the old Acre city. Meir and Nicola are great hosts. The rooftop bar has magnficent sea views and the evening drinks and breakfast were superb. Highly recommanded!
