Fieldhead Hotel by Greene King Inns

Internet was very slow and kept dropping out, so made doing my report difficult and no plugs by the bed to help with charging phones etc

Had the large room. 28. Loved it

Very convenient location. Staff was great, and room very clean. The only downside was that as it is a pub, it was quite noisy just outside of my room when I actually wanted an early night. I imagine that having an upstairs room would have solved that, but I eventually managed to sleep anyway!

Very clean, staff all very helpful. Very good value generous continental breakfast. The beds were very comfy and plenty of clean soft towels

The hotel was excellent. There was plenty of parking; the service was excellent; the room was beautifully decorated and clean with a very comfortable bed; the bar area had a good atmosphere with an open log fireplace; and there was a good range of options for breakfast. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel and recommend it.
