I had a fantastic stay on NY Eve's! The room was spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly: Paolo, Giovanna and Enzo made me feel like I could rely on family members. The location is ideal no matter where you need to go, especially within the city centre. Utterly recommended after experiencing the overall exceptional service.

The advertisement read "seaview room" there was no sea view. Address initially provided, not accurate. Check in very poor at a different location, undesirable, poor customer service. Iresponsive to emails asking for info to check in. Wifi 'disconnected by administrator' on second day of stay, although it was "included". Room had no towels, had to go to check-in at (different location) to request them. They did delivere thme then. Phone # did not work as per their instructions. They charged $200 eu as deposit. To be returned in 15 days. I absolutely not recommend this place at all. Expedia should not work with them. They falsely advertise!!!

Room was clean and located in a decent area. But they are terrible at communicating. I reached out for a refund because we ended up needing to book somewhere else because the AC did not work and was HOT in the room. Not a single response. Especially if you advertise AC but don’t respond is a poor way to run. Do not recommend. Also, when you book this place you go to a separate part in the city to check in and the hotel is 10 mins away by car

We had an absolutely horrible experience at this hotel and I strongly advise others to avoid booking here. Before our arrival, we contacted them via WhatsApp to ask about an early check-in. Instead of a simple answer, they were rude and then stopped replying. When we wrote from another number to get a response (as we were traveling with elderly family members and needed to organize), they accused us of being “terrible” for messaging from different numbers, completely ignoring the fact that they had stopped answering us. When we arrived, the reception was chaotic. Several guests with confirmed reservations were being yelled at by a female receptionist, and one young woman was crying due to her aggressive behavior. Rather than trying to resolve issues, the receptionist shouted at guests as if scolding children. While I was speaking with a male staff member about paying the taxes by card (since nowhere was it stated that they had to be paid in cash) the woman suddenly interrupted our conversation, yelling over me. She mocked what I was saying, refused to listen, and kept talking over me in a loud, aggressive manner in front of everyone. It was humiliating and deeply disrespectful. This was by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced in any hotel. Travelers deserve to be treated with basic respect, something you will not find here.

The hotel is clean and comfortable for a short stay of 1–2 nights. However, communication by email or phone is very slow and unresponsive. We were charged €40 (which later became €66) for a late check-in after 9 PM — but all they did was send a 4-digit access code via WhatsApp. This charge feels unjustified.
