Procuro me hospedar em locais agradáveis e seguros. O Mytrip tem essa características. Além disso, as funcionárias são muito gentis , prestativas e atenciosas. A Sofia - bom lembrar - disponibiliza um mimo a seus hóspedes, oferecendo-lhes água, biscoitos, sachet de chá e cápsula de café. Isso faz muita diferença sobretudo para quem chega depois de quase um dia inteiro de viagem.

Lovely accommodation. Exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend. I had to call to get access, my fault for missing the mails and codes but they were really helpful. Only one minor note, although there is a code entry front gate into the complex, and a code entry front door, the inside mechanism (if I remember correctly) has a lock ‘button’ and while I’m sure it worked, as it clicked, it wasn’t really possible to test the door was locked from the outside. Just something I am aware of as a female travelling alone for work.

Bem localizado, espaço moderno, camas confortáveis, bom banho e limpeza impecável! Não tem café da manhã, mas deixam mimos de lanche, chá e café para os hóspedes. Tudo próximo: mercados, restaurantes, McDonald's. Metro quase em frente, melhorando a mobilidade para o Porto

The unit is beautiful whe you walk in, wow factor. The longer you stay the more problems you encounter. There are no knives,forks,spoons and various other cutlery missing, not even a bottle opener in wine country. The floor is collapsing all overthe apartment, you must know about it as where its modt damaged you put a rug over it, right outside the bathroom door. Plug sockets all slanted, no lights bext to bed, the noise you can here through the other floors ans stairs goes on All night annd early hours of the morning, not much sleep was had. We wont be back, but this apartment could really be a hidden gem in the city. Sad really its in the state it is in

I loved my stay at MyTrip Porto. It felt like home.There are plates and cutlery to have a meal, glasses and cups for a drink. A little box with treats to enjoy a coffee.There are also a mini fridge, espresso coffee machine, microwave and a kettle inside the bedroom. It is walking distance to Matosinhos beach, public transports, lidl and Pingo doce supermarkets. I certainly recommend it to everyone.

Une belle chambre spacieuse bien aérée mais très mal insonorisée malheureusement,lit confortable mais absence de draps housse à la place un drap palat trop court donc le matin vous vous retrouvez sur le protège matelas en plastique…couettes sans housse !menage vraiment bâclé de la poussière partout !! C’est vraiment dommage.

The property was surely and excellent choice when rooms were new. Maintenance is not great. Walls need a fresh paint coat. Carpets are stained. Towels are worn out. AC works perfectly. Area is quiet. There are many sea food restaurants nearby in all possible budgets and qualities. I will recommend owners to pay more attention to maintenance

This place has the potential to be good but has missed the mark on a few levels. First, it wasn't very clean on check in. The table in the room had not been wiped down. Luckily, I travel with alcohol wipes. Second, there was not soap in the bathroom. None. After using the toilet you will need to crawl in the shower to use shampoo to wash your hands. I've never stayed in a place that didn't have soap for your hands. Third, no towels or washing liquid for the dishes. The room offered a set of dishes for two people. However, they offer now way to wash them and no towels to dry them. I went through a lot of toilet paper drying dishes. Fourth, the bedding is absurd. They do not use fitted sheets on the bed so any movement while you sleep will remove the sheet from the mattress exposing the sticky, uncomfortable, rubber mattress cover. Finally, if you are a light sleeper, this may not be your place. You can hear every thing from the corridor and the poor sound isolation in the rooms makes even normal walking sound like a herd of baby elephants. Now, on the plus side, the lcoation is good; very close to the metro. The a/c works pretty well. Keyless entry is great. Remote staff is nice and responsive.

The host was just lovely. She provided us with all the information we needed for a quick trouble free check in. The room was very comfortable, clean and also came with some nice munchies. We loved it there. Thank you Sofia!

Quarto não muito grande, mas suficiente. Um andar de escadas, o que dificulta um pouco subir com malas. Checkin e checkout muito fácil. Sem chaves, tudo com códigos passados por e-mail e whatsapp. Apesar de não sermos recebidos pessoalmente, o que não considero um problema, existe alguém que fica a disposição, caso tenhamos algum imprevisto. No quarto havia um lanche de boas vindas. Achei gentil. Limpeza e arrumação disponíveis nos dias úteis e no sábado. Transporte, mercado, café, restaurantes e praia próximos. Gostamos muito da estadia.

Hospitalidade, cordialidade , limpeza são fatores determinantes para a escolha da hospedagem. As funcionárias são extremamente atenciosas e prestativas, os mimos de boas-vindas são muito úteis para quem chega tarde e não conhece bem a cidade.

Best location on Matosinhos. 1-minute walk to Sul Matosinhos metro, 5 minutes to the beach, and plenty of restaurants and good groceries around. Chsrming property. The walls are pretty tin and staircase is squeaking a lot. temperature control goes random at time and door locks are tiny. great housekeeping service. Overall i recommend and will consider booking again.

Convenient location, close to metro stop, restaurants, shops, & beach. Nice facilities. When another guest was in the hallway or someone walked by on the street, it seemed that therr were no noise barriers & they were in the apartment with you. However, as soon as they were gone, it was quiet & peaceful.

Condições do quarto excelente Porem esta acomodação não serve para idosos ou pessoas com alguma dificuldade de locomoção, o acesso ao piso superior é uma escada sem corrimão, no meu entender trata-se de um problema de fácil solução.

Passei apenas duas noites. Cada hóspede tem um olhar e necessidade diferentes uns dos outros. O quarto é bastante espaçoso, aconchegante e limpo. O banheiro é muito pequeno proporcionalmente ao tamanho do studio. Gostaria de deixar umas sugestões para o espaço: cesto de lixo embaixo da pia com acionamento pelos pés; uso de dispenser para sabonete líquido, gancho para pendurar os casacos de inverno logo na entrada, mesinha para pousar copos entre a TV e o sofá ; varinha mágica na cozinha para preparo de vitaminas, sucos e sopas. Michele é muito adorável, atenta e prestativa. Ajudou-me muito com a mudança de um quarto para o outro.

lovely little apartment/loft,but noisy due to thin walls, crying baby and seagulls. Poor nights sleep, had to get out the earplugs.There was no password available for the internet, very inconvenient for a transient traveler. Also, beware of metal bed frame, the corner got me! OUCH and hell, I need my knee for walking! Thank God there was an ice block in the freezer.

Procuro me hospedar em locais agradáveis e seguros. O Mytrip tem essa características. Além disso, as funcionárias são muito gentis , prestativas e atenciosas. A Sofia - bom lembrar - disponibiliza um mimo a seus hóspedes, oferecendo-lhes água, biscoitos, sachet de chá e cápsula de café. Isso faz muita diferença sobretudo para quem chega depois de quase um dia inteiro de viagem.

Lovely accommodation. Exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend. I had to call to get access, my fault for missing the mails and codes but they were really helpful. Only one minor note, although there is a code entry front gate into the complex, and a code entry front door, the inside mechanism (if I remember correctly) has a lock ‘button’ and while I’m sure it worked, as it clicked, it wasn’t really possible to test the door was locked from the outside. Just something I am aware of as a female travelling alone for work.

The host was just lovely. She provided us with all the information we needed for a quick trouble free check in. The room was very comfortable, clean and also came with some nice munchies. We loved it there. Thank you Sofia!

I made reservation for a standard room for 3 adults but they made a mistake and gave us a small studio with a full size bed for 2 people. After much negotiation with Expedia and the property management they put in a mattress on the floor for the third person. We can only move to the right room on the second night. I strongly feel that Expedia should credit us for the first night of inconveniences and discomfort to maintain a good customer relations.

Quarto não muito grande, mas suficiente. Um andar de escadas, o que dificulta um pouco subir com malas. Checkin e checkout muito fácil. Sem chaves, tudo com códigos passados por e-mail e whatsapp. Apesar de não sermos recebidos pessoalmente, o que não considero um problema, existe alguém que fica a disposição, caso tenhamos algum imprevisto. No quarto havia um lanche de boas vindas. Achei gentil. Limpeza e arrumação disponíveis nos dias úteis e no sábado. Transporte, mercado, café, restaurantes e praia próximos. Gostamos muito da estadia.

When another guest was in the hallway or someone walked by on the street, it seemed that therr were no noise barriers & they were in the apartment with you. However, as soon as they were gone, it was quiet & peaceful.

I loved my stay at MyTrip Porto. It felt like home.There are plates and cutlery to have a meal, glasses and cups for a drink. A little box with treats to enjoy a coffee.There are also a mini fridge, espresso coffee machine, microwave and a kettle inside the bedroom. It is walking distance to Matosinhos beach, public transports, lidl and Pingo doce supermarkets. I certainly recommend it to everyone.

Una pasada de estudio muy bien comunicado, pues tiene una parada de metro a escasos metros, hemos aparcado al lado y no hemos movido el coche para nada. A la playa también se puede ir andando y hay variedad de supermercados cerca. Si tengo que poner un pero fue que los inquilinos de arriba llegaron a las 5 de la mañana y se sentía bastante ruido de pasos. Por lo demás merece mucho la pena y repetiremos más adelante pues no nos ha dado tiempo a conocer toda la zona.

El alojamiento está muy bien muy nuevo, la cama es cómoda y tiene los utiles básicos de de cocina. Un buen detalle café, zumo, agua... de cortesía. Un detalle negativo fue que la mampara de la ducha y el espejo del baño no estaban muy limpios. Por el resto estupendo, me gustó mucho

The property was surely and excellent choice when rooms were new. Maintenance is not great. Walls need a fresh paint coat. Carpets are stained. Towels are worn out. AC works perfectly. Area is quiet. There are many sea food restaurants nearby in all possible budgets and qualities. I will recommend owners to pay more attention to maintenance

The room I got was not what was shown in the photos. It was very small had no hot water upon arrival and when I asked the manager he told me to basically deal with it. Only had a very small fridge and old microwave in the closet. In the photos I appeared I had a full kitchen. And I booed for two people for a week based on this.

I had a pretty terrible experience here. The check-in process was a bit of a mess. They use an AI bot to communicate with you about check-in, which created confusion about the access codes for the property. The “highlight”’of this experience was that after I was settled into my room, after 8pm on the day of the stay, a couple was able to unlock my door using the access code that had been given to me (!) The staff gave the same access code to two different guests, which startled everyone involved. Aside from this “intrusion”, the bathroom smelled like mould. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you value peace of mind and a smooth check in, check out process, and of course your privacy.
