Staff was excellent. We had to check in after hours due to issues with flight and the were accommodating.

The room has a modern touch. The tub/shower/jacuzzi was great. We enjoyed the balcony over looking the busy street sounds. Closing the doors, you could not hear a thing! Easy instructions to get in. Very well equipped with coffee, biscuits and water. It’s within walking distance to the Nativity street that you do not want to miss.

For the price, this place was incredible value! There were small hiccups throughout the stay—our room was ready about 15 minutes late, which was disappointing after a long day of travel given that the lobby does not have seating to relax in while you wait, our air conditioner controls were initially not working (quickly remedied), and one of the shower spouts was spraying onto the floor. However, Miriam was usually available quickly by WhatsApp for any of our needs. Also, their guest relations manager reached out and was happy to help us schedule a last minute dinner reservation by phone which we could not do ourselves since we didn’t speak Italian. Despite the small issues, this was still a phenomenal value, and the location couldn’t be beat. We would definitely return!

Bad internet service and access code was wrong.

The suite is beautiful, clean and spacious. However it is very noisy being on Corso Umberto 1, even with the windows close. The check in was done remotely and was somewhat confusing as I didn't have received the information before my departure. It eventually worked out but I do prefer an in person check in.
