Very luxurious. Excellent location. Flexible and accommodating friendly staff. Everything was so welcoming and really made my stay so easy and relaxing. They kept my bags the whole day after I checked out and let me use the lobby to charge my phone and drink coffee which was really helpful since the weather was not so great. The whole place is like being in a movie because of the decor. I was so comfortable and happy. The breakfast was good. Seemed to be mostly run and staffed by women which I loved. The price was average for the area but the hotel was way above average. Above and beyond what’s expected from a hotel stay. Would recommend highly. Will be going again.

Plutôt déçu pour un établissement qui affiche 4 étoiles. La peinture de la porte de la salle d'eau était abîmée, poubelle cheap et bosselée, marques d'humidité sur le mur proche de la douche, papier peint de la chambre jauni à certains endroits et TNT de base pour la télé. Très mauvaise insonorisation vers l'extérieur comme l'intérieur et pas de rideaux occultants.

Rent, bra läge, mysigt hotell

Great location and stylish hotel with super friendly and helpful staff. It was very noisy hence the drop from 5 to 4 stars - though I don't mind (and almost expect) road/street noise in a city centre location, which there was a little bit of, it was the interior soundproofing which was poor. We could unfortunately hear very loud stiletto footsteps, talking, and running water and other bathroom use very clearly from adjoining rooms which did keep us up at night. We paid extra for breakfast which was surprisingly good with a broad range of hot and cold food, which was frequently restocked throughout breakfast. Staff were helpful and friendly. Location was very good, conveniently tucked back behind Blanche station and within easy walking distance of stations, Montmartre, bakeries, restaurants and shops. Room was standard and compact but comfortable enough for a city break, and thoughtfully designed, with a good shower and bed. The bathroom could have used some more thoughtful planning as there wasn't anywhere to easily hang and dry towels or the footmat, which would then encourage travellers to reduce the washing of towels.
