The hotel was clean, and the staff were very friendly. The location is convenient, with public transportation stops nearby and the main train station within walking distance. The check‑in process was fast and straightforward. However, I was disappointed with the hotel’s air‑conditioning policy. The system is only activated during the summer season, which requires guests to keep the windows open for ventilation. Because the hotel is located on a main street, the noise level at night is very high, and cigarette smoke from people passing by easily enters the room. Additionally, having to leave the windows open made us feel unsafe during the night. I requested whether the air conditioning could be turned on or if a pedestal fan could be provided to improve comfort, but due to the hotel’s policy, neither option was possible.

Hôtel bien situé à environ 10 minutes de la Gare Centrale et environ 5 minutes de la station de métro Lima (qui va vers le Dome). Hotel soigné, personnel sympathique et bienveillant. Chambre correcte Petit déjeuner parfait

O hotel é simples, mas o custo benefício foi excelente. A equipe é boa e prestativa. O hotel fica perto do metrô e isso ajuda bastante.
