La veritat és que un hotel molt maco, la piscina molt agradable i el personal molt servicial. Per posar-li un però, seria que el llit era massa tou. Potser caldria renovar-los.

El hotel es correcto. La cena poca variedad pero de calidad y bien cocinado. El desayuno muy bien. Nosotros fuimos un fin se semana de octubre y el sabado a las 19 cuando llegamos habia una musica muy alta en la piscina del hotel nosotros estabamos en el segundo piso y la TV no se escuchaba. A las 21 paro pero continuo una musica mas suave y la gente en el bar con ruido hasta las 12/12.30 que se fue marchando y pudimos dormir. No se si es cada dia solo fines de semana.

10 jours passés dans cet hôtel : des points positifs mais aussi des points négatifs. Au niveau de la propreté, tout était bien : la chambre / les espaces à partager… Un service de bar / restauration est disponible sur place donc pratique. Le petit déjeuner à volonté servit le matin est top, avec une multitude de choix. Cependant, le prix du buffet du soir est cher par rapport à la qualité des produits servis et du choix disponible, c’est dommage… Le personnel de l’hôtel était peu agréable, hormis les agents de la propreté qui étaient les seuls à nous adresser un sourire. C’est un hôtel familial, si vous venez pour passer des vacances calmes et tranquilles, c’est n’est pas le lieu. Aussi, notre chambre donnait sur le bord de la route et beaucoup de bruit pendant la nuit : prévoyez les boulquies.

Todo perfecto como siempre . Servicio de Limpieza excelente y súper Antento. Esta vez nos tocó una habitación con el cuarto de baño algo a antiguo pero en general la Estancia muy buena sobre todo por el personal.

Habitaciones nada insonorizadas con el exterior y estando en la habitacion superior se escuchaba todo el ruido exterior. Mucho jaleo por acumulación de turismo (zona poco tranquila) y paso de motos y coches con escape libre. Dificil descanso nocturno por lo que durante el dia lo acusas.

La habitación estaba limpia, dispone de mini neverita y máquina de café Nespresso en la misma habitación. El baño también está muy bien y es muy amplio. Tiene una terracita con mesita y 2 sillas, que también está muy bien para pasar buenos ratos ahí fuera. Nos alojamos en la suite.

Hotel moderne. Chambre grande et agréable. Personnel aimable. Mais j'ai été déçu par le restaurant: entrée réchauffée au micro-ondes ce qui n'est pas pour moi un défaut mais le devient si le réchauffement est fait inégalement ce qui était clairement le cas. Je n'ai pas aimé la paella dont on distinguait mal les viandes (poulet ou porc?)

as usual our stay was super apart from one person who seemed to run the breakfast room in the mornings and the resturaunt in the evening. she was very rude to us in the mornings on two occasions and again in the evening.we did bring this up with a member of staff called nicki, a very helpful young lady who said she will have words with veronica. after this her attitude changed dramatically. we will be coming down again later in the year but may look elsewhere as this treatment was uncalled for and was very upsetting.

C’est incroyable le bruit et le non respect des touristes! Jusqu’à pas d’heure! L’établissement devrait sévir ! L’hôtel est bien situé animé, le petit déjeuner super. Mais ce bruit tard dans la nuit est dérangeant.

El hotel es correcto. La cena poca variedad pero de calidad y bien cocinado. El desayuno muy bien. Nosotros fuimos un fin se semana de octubre y el sabado a las 19 cuando llegamos habia una musica muy alta en la piscina del hotel nosotros estabamos en el segundo piso y la TV no se escuchaba. A las 21 paro pero continuo una musica mas suave y la gente en el bar con ruido hasta las 12/12.30 que se fue marchando y pudimos dormir. No se si es cada dia solo fines de semana.

10 jours passés dans cet hôtel : des points positifs mais aussi des points négatifs. Au niveau de la propreté, tout était bien : la chambre / les espaces à partager… Un service de bar / restauration est disponible sur place donc pratique. Le petit déjeuner à volonté servit le matin est top, avec une multitude de choix. Cependant, le prix du buffet du soir est cher par rapport à la qualité des produits servis et du choix disponible, c’est dommage… Le personnel de l’hôtel était peu agréable, hormis les agents de la propreté qui étaient les seuls à nous adresser un sourire. C’est un hôtel familial, si vous venez pour passer des vacances calmes et tranquilles, c’est n’est pas le lieu. Aussi, notre chambre donnait sur le bord de la route et beaucoup de bruit pendant la nuit : prévoyez les boulquies.

Hotel moderne. Chambre grande et agréable. Personnel aimable. Mais j'ai été déçu par le restaurant: entrée réchauffée au micro-ondes ce qui n'est pas pour moi un défaut mais le devient si le réchauffement est fait inégalement ce qui était clairement le cas. Je n'ai pas aimé la paella dont on distinguait mal les viandes (poulet ou porc?)

This was me and my husband’s absolute favourite stay while on our honeymoon in Spain! We were so pleasantly surprised to walk into our room and see that it was even more gorgeous than the photos. The room was spacious, modern, while still keeping with the coastal theme of the hotel. The shower was one of our favourite features and felt more like hydro therapy than a typical shower. The terrace was a wonderful bonus and a lovely space to enjoy our evenings together. The pool/outdoor bar area were exceptional and a great place to enjoy a few drinks upon our return home from our daily adventures. The hotel itself was only a short distance from the beaches we wanted to see in both Begur and Callella du Palafrugell making it the perfect home base. We will absolutely be recommending this spot to friends and family.
