Embassy Inn - Hohenwald

Property seems to getting older with quick fixes. Ceiling showed a previous leak with subpar repair. AC was adequate. Toilet seat would not tighten. Minimal amenities. No ice machine available. No lobby coffee and only one packet of regular coffee in the room. Towels were thin and rough.

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay. The jacuzzi tub was amazing and clean. The facility had obviously been remodeled and updated very recently in a really nice way. I didn’t notice any shabbiness. If I had to choose any sort of feedback at all I would have enjoyed fluffier pillows and more towels in the room but other than that I have no complaints!

Friendly staff, only one lady who works there. She made sure we didn't go without anything. Very small single story building. Does allow pets for a small charge. Rooms look like they've been redone recently.

The room was twice as expensive as a standard room.just because it had huge jacuzzi tub. Only problem is black mold or rotted dna in the jets. I couldn’t even use it! Also no shower! 2 days washing up in a sink. Couldn’t cancel because booked with a rip-off Expedia ap. The “room blessing “ air freshener in the office was so strong it sent me into an allergy attack. There’s more but I’m tired of typing. Oh I forgot we had to take the stupid jacuzzi room because it was all that was available at Expedia. Because they rent most of the rooms to full time tenants. Looks like a 1/2 way house in the parking lot! And they were worried about our tiny poodles getting on the bed!

The property was minimal. Not much on site but plenty around area. The front desk clerk was hard to understand and the front lobby was full of supplies. Beds were pretty comfortable though.

I have a farm in this area and we always stay here when in town working. It is not fancy but clean and works well for us. It has what we need for our stay. We always stay here even though there are more distant options. We will stay here again next time. It is also very close to downtown and restaurants, etc.

Bathroom not very clean, it’s a motel so don’t expect too much.

AC WORKED - stinky room- very dirty- wouldn’t even shower in the morning due to bathroom being so dirty- towels so thin and raggedy

The room was freshly updated and clean. The bathtub could use a good washing. The bath towels were terrible. Felt and looked like rags. time to update the towels. The little interaction with the staff was pleasant.

The floor was dirty. After walking around barefoot for a while, the bottom of my feet were black. The new flooring is decent, just needs to be kept clean. Bed was comfortable. Price was reasonable. Indian owned facility.

The office staff were nice and the beds were decent. The room wasnt clean there were dirty socks under the chair, the bathroom trim was falling off, the tub was dirty, the sink was dirty, and everything was dusty.

I used a towel to step out of the tub and noticed i had gotten some water on the floor so I used the towel to wipe it up and the amount of dirt on that towel let me know that floor had not been mopped and then I looked around the room and started noticing all the Dust and all the splatter stains on the walls you can tell they slapped some Band-Aids on it and called it today I won't be staying here again because I paid $140 to sleep in filth and even had to clean the Dust out of the air conditioner so it would work they do not hold their Maids to any kind of high standard when it comes to the cleanliness of their rooms for their employees if I could get a refund I would

Room was clean, and smelled clean. The floor was a little dirty like it hasn’t been mopped. But I was comfortably able to take my kids and sleep without feeling gross.

It was comfortable and quiet, but they really should buy new linens. Very stained and mismatched. I opted not to use them.

The place is cheap and you get exactly what you pay for. The rooms are dirty, the sheets are scratchy and dingy. The floor wasn't even swept let alone washed. I ended up sick with a cold or something after staying there. There is no breakfast as advertised. Oh and the walls are super thin and the doors slam hard!

Room was decent. Terrible pillows. Need to update bathroom. Overall fine I would stay there again because it’s close to family and they allowed my dog in room.

Not bad overall, towels a bit worn, coffee maker was very dusty inside.

Outside leaves a bit to be desired but it was what I expected from a small town hotel (motel). The inside seemed recently renovated and was almost identical to the pictures. Very updated compared to the outside. No noise, but I'm sure that could change week to week. I plan to stay here again next time we float the Buffalo

Room was nice. Furnishings seemed new or nearly new mostly. Bed was comfortable, altho pillows were rather flat, bring your own if you can. Everything functioned properly. Coffee was lacking, only one pod for two people. Towels were thin and worn.

Clean room, trash picked up daily and fresh towels. Walls way to thin. Can hear normal tone conversations with no problems.

It’s definitely been updated, nice new furniture and flooring. Our door had a gap so you could see daylight coming in. Not very sound proof, had a screaming baby in next room. Overall, it was good.

Close to town, rude, thread bare towels, had to ask for a towel every day, always a scoll on their face like I was bothering them

Well, we pulled in for three night stay. The first night was quiet the next morning some strange man knocked on the door. My wife answered, and he said excuse me so she shut the door in his face. I came back from my errand. She told me so I went to the office and asked the young man if he knew of anybody trying to approach us. He could barely speak English and get very frustrated. Slam the door went back into his little hobble. On that particular day, my wife asked if she could get some towels because they had the holes in them and they were stained. The woman started to cuss her out and get very emotional. I tried to tell her that we did not want any housekeeping, but wanted clean towels that didn’t have holes and stains in them. No one there seem to understand English. I couldn’t find my credit card, but I checked anyway, but a charge turned up the very next day from the motel. I shut the credit card off, went in and tried to find out if they had the credit card. Just a bunch of violent cursing in some kind of Indian language come to find out they were trying to charge us for the two towels that you gave me that I would not clean a dog with. The sheets on the bed has stains all on them. I walked across the floor with my white socks, and the floor was filthy . I had business in that town for three days and the nearest motel was about 30 miles away. my advice stay away from the Embassy Inn in hohenwald Tennessee.

Only one suggestion - should have coffee service at minimum or at least provide more coffee and more than one package of sweetener and creamer. Other than that, the stay was enjoyable. I honestly have to say I was pleasantly surprised.

Floor was dirty, hair in the sink, no breakfast as advertised on Expedia. After driving 13 hours, we were quite tired so we didn’t bother asking to change rooms and during the night our toilet would not flush properly. The rooms are remodeled so they are trying. I called to the desk and asked about ice and the girl who answered seemed put out by my asking a simple question. I believe a few simple changes could make this place much improved. Good customer service and good reviews bring repeat business. Overall we felt safe and it served its purpose, but it has the potential to be so much more.

The sight says there is a breakfast. There is not any breakfast.
