The staff were very friendly and eager to help in a y way. The room was very clean and inviting. The morning chef made a really good breakfast and our server (Jonah) was very friendly and shared photos of the recent sunsets that he took, with us. Jonah told us that we should take a walk around the pond... we couldn't believe how many, and how big the frogs were. We look forward to coming back to stay in one of the bungalows, with our dog.

Stunning location outside of Walla Walla. Loved our spacious bungalow with lake & vineyard views. Fantastic breakfast menu.

Read this before booking a “mountain view” room. We stayed for three nights and specifically paid for a mountain-view room. Instead, our view was obstructed by an event space and a parking lot. It was simply not the view we believed we had booked and paid for. When we checked in, I asked to speak with a manager and was told that I could not. I eventually asked for an email address so I could contact management directly. I emailed on Saturday and did not receive a response until Monday. Even then, no meaningful solution was offered. We were not asking for an upgrade or special treatment. We simply asked to be moved to a room that matched the category we had paid for. The front desk told us that because we booked through Expedia/Hotels.com, the only way they could do anything was through Expedia. I therefore contacted Hotels.com, sent photographs, and their representative contacted the resort directly. Even after following the process the hotel told us was required, Eritage still did not move us. Some aspects of the property itself also did not feel quite as natural as the marketing suggested. The pond is small and man-made, with a visibly exposed pond liner along the edge. The room itself was nice, clean, and well appointed, with good bedding, towels, and bath products. The restaurant and bar staff were very friendly and provided good service.

Nice location. Rooms were very nice and up to date. Rooms and the entire facility was very clean. The food at the restaurant was generally good. The front desk staff and cleaning staff were fantastic. The restaurant staff were a bit too casual for my liking. The chef was also a bit late to get breakfast going. The only other area for improvement is the EV charging station. They would benefit from limiting time on the slow chargers to 4 hours or so per guest. I was there two nights and both nights a guest had plugged their vehicle in the charger for 24 hours. The resort is 15 minutes away from the closest EV charger in town.

I only gave this hotel, a four out of five stars, because the swimming pool was cold, and there was no hot tub, as I thought there was. Other than that, everything was lovely. They thought of everything for the rooms and all the staff were excellent.
