Nice clean hotel. Small number of rooms. If you can’t do stairs. Make sure to tell them. You need bottom floor. Because you have to use stairs for second floor. They serve continental breakfast. Easy to get to off freeway.

I'm super picky about hotels, but since this hotel has such a high rating and it was recommended to us from family, we gave it a try and goodness, you'd be hard pressed to find a cleaner hotel room in El Paso. It's a simple and clean hotel.

Everything was fine upon check in, and 2 other previous stays. Unfortunately, the next morning, I noticed numerous (3 in total) weird looking bugs crawling around. 1 on the floor near the bathroom, 1 on the wall in the bathroom and 1 on the dresser by the TV. I will not ever go back.

The room was nice and clean, the breakfast was fine, I was able to park my truck in front of my room. The noise from the interstate was extremely loud and you could see, that the door needed weather stripping, it might eliminate some of the noise too.

Room was very clean & had everything we needed. Check in was easy & staff was friendly. Bed was ok; pillows were too flat for me, had to use two which made sleep a little more difficult. Breakfast ok; we were pleasantly surprised to see the waffle machine but selection of other items limited but adequate. Nice accommodations for the price.

We requested to have a room at first level due to a handicapped person, staff said they did not have anything available, after they check in they had walk ins assigned to the first floor, we verified asking them if they had a previous reservation and they said they were just walk ins, I would personally not stay at this place for that reason

When we arrived there was a car parked in front of our room with the hood open, taking up two spots so we had to park across the road. Went to the main check-in area next morning to get some breakfast, or at least a cup of coffee since the coffee they leave you in the room tastes like bad water but no one was around and a sign on the door they would be right back soon. We had to leave for an appointment so oh well. We stayed another night and when we got back, the door key did not work. Had to go back to the office for another key and it still did not work. They acted like we were doing something wrong and we ended up waiting about 30 minutes before they addressed the problem and fixed it. We didn't even bother with any breakfast the next day. We just left. Customer care was too laid back for our money. We will be finding another place to stay next time we visit El Paso.

The only glitch was at check in. The clerk could not find my reservation in their system. I showed her my confirmation from Expedia and after a while she gave me a room key; but there is an apparent disconnect with their reservation system and yours.

Overall, we had a great experience. This is what I would call an excellent quality motel. It's not flashy but they do all the most important things properly, especially cleanliness, and staff are available and responsive. The area is unfortunately not one that you would want to walk in much (if you like an evening stroll as we do) as it is fairly industrial/commercial. Noisy outside since it is right by the highway but it is easy to get to other places as a result.

Right by the highway. Having never driven in El Paso it was a bit tricky figuring out the directions. But the inn was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was awesome with Texas shaped waffles. 10/10 would recommend.

Used to be very impressed with the hotel. Stayed there a few few times. Last trip was terrible. They had a crew remodeling all night long, couldn't sleep a minute 😴. Never staying there again

Used to be very impressed with the hotel. Stayed there a few few times. Last trip was terrible. They had a crew remodeling all night long, couldn't sleep a minute 😴. Never staying there again

Always clean always feel safe even though it’s close to the highway. It’s quiet always restful when we’re there. We always stop here on our way from Central Texas to California. Veryrestful before the next leg of our trip.

Easy location off the highway and plenty of eating options. The ac is excellent, we even turned it down. Always clean and comfortable.
