CozySuites at Showboat 1BR 2BA OceanFront Villa

The Showboat is old and smells like mildew and dog droppings. We needed multiple keys for the room but once one key was activated it automatically deactivated the other. It was advertised to have a seasonal outdoor pool. The pool clearly had be closed for years and we were forced to drive to another hotel and pay $50 just to lounge at their pool. When I complained to CozySuites about it, it was met with no radio silence. The room itself wasn’t horrible but I will never used them again.

Disgusting horrible dirty trashed ac barely working broken oven mattress stained blood in tub hair all over old food left in fridge sink leaking just over all awful awful experience.

These people are scammers start to finish. Starting with the check-in process, which was unnecessarily convoluted and sketchy requiring you to send pictures and selfies of identification through a questionable website. Room was described as a luxury apartment, Beachside property, in Atlantic City. On arrival room was completely unusable due to not being cleaned, also it was not beachside, but located Within a hotel, which was not included in the description. We were told you were gonna be switched to different accommodation due to room not being ready, despite the fact that we arrived over three hours after the check-in time. "CustomerService" was awful, they were clearly giving me the runaround and kept us waiting for over six hours until they finally told us that we would have to wait until the next day because they had no staff on site to help us sort out our issue with the dirty room. Initially, they offered to switch us to a different room. They said they would call me back with updates however they never did, and if I called them back, they would just put me on hold and leave me waiting for 30 minutes, this went on for about six hours.Eventually, theytold us they were able to get in contact with their cleaning staff who told them they indeed had cleaned the room. Ultimately got to stay there given that we had no other place to stay, however, the room did not meet the description at all, furniture was sparse, and the furniture that was there was broken.
