staff was very helpful in providing recommendations when we checked in. Elk Village restaurant on site had good drink/dining options and staff were friendly as well.

The check in staff very helpful and friendly. Loved the river, easy walk to it. Enjoyed listening to the rain on the roof. Parking right in front of bungalows. Five minute drive to Jasper. Coffee machine didn't work right. Bugs in room. Fridge handy. The best part was the elk right in the middle of the complex! Restaurant not open for breakfast and limited afternoon abd evening hours. Overall convenient to everything around jasper.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The room was ample and clean. It’s not really walkable to town but the restaurant on site had fantastic food which was not overpriced. Really enjoyed our 2 nights here.

Good location. Quiet, good facilities. Great on site dining at Elk Village Restaurant. Very friendly staff. Makes a good base for visiting parks, lakes, hiking and tourist attractions in and around Jasper. Great on site parking, laundry, and cute squirrels.

Overall a pleasant stay. The bungalow was spacious enough and comfortable. It was a bit dated though and the only big inconvenient was that we couldn’t change the temperature of the place. So the room was extremely hot, even with thermostat on minimum and windows open. This being said, we loved the location very close to the river, and the easy access to two beautiful trails right on the property!

Overall a pleasant stay. The bungalow was spacious enough and comfortable. It was a bit dated though and the only big inconvenient was that we couldn’t change the temperature of the place. Very clean, rustic cottage style suites with everything you need in the kitchen. Beautiful property right on the river with amazing mountain views. Lots of areas to walk nearby. The restaurant on site surprised us with how good it was. The elk tacos were a highlight.

Front desk and restaurant staff were super friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Good at the restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. I was surprised at just how good. Our unit was clean and likeable but the bathroom could have been a bit bigger. It’s difficult to find something wrong with our stay.

We had a lovely stay. The cabins are a little dated but all is clean. Explore the property - there is a very cute rock beach by the river. Kitchen supplies are basic but efficient.

Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Felt right at home as soon as we arrived. The room was quite clean and we enjoyed backing out onto the forest/river. Location right off the highway offered great access to the park. Only constructive feedback I would offer is could have used a little more room in the unit. All in all - a great place to relax after a day of exploring.

Great place. Could see elk on the grounds in the morning which was really nice. Only slight downside was no air conditioning and I’d have happily paid a bit more to have this as an option. Staff really friendly and direct access to the Athabasca river was a big plus

Great location in a beautiful setting. You could hear your neighbors and the refrigerator was noisy most of the night. Some additional lighting would also be nice. It was very dark in the room.

Full featured kitchenette, comfortable lounge and bedroom made for a great 6 night stay. Our only issues were difficulty turning down the heating and sometimes intermittent wifi Internet connection.

The setting for this property is excellent. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. The cabin we were in was dated however and the beds were very hard. It was like sleeping on a board. I had pressure points and a sore next each morning. I won’t likely book this property again for this reason.

Great place, we had a Jr. Suite. It had a living room, kitchen and eating area, full bathroom and a seperate bedroom. Very comfortable, wished we could have stayed more than 1 night. Great view, near a river, elk everywhere, bonfire at night. We will be back!

Great location and excellent food at the restaurant. The service was also excellent. But the property itself was older. The shingles on top of the roof are very old. The windows were hard to open. The inside was somewhat small for the amount of money we paid. Provied a desk instead of dining table.

Food at restaurant was good. But stay was not at relaxing. In 2 bedroom bungalow only one fan was there. It was really hot day. I Requested for 2nd one at reception since we were family of 4. But was told that extra fans have been ordered ? My 4 year old did not slept until late midnight until it got cooler outside. Next day at check out spoke to other lady at reception and she said there was extra fan and if someone needs an extra fan we give them. Also wifi did not work at all. On asking at reception was told there is tour group using most of it so that’s the reason they will leave tomorrow early morning and will work better afterwards. And yes it worked in the morning. Our family wanted restful sleep for next day long driving hours but did not worked that way.

We had a great stay at the Jasper House Bungalows. Beautiful view of the mountain and a river in the back with a trail around the site. Down town Jasper was only 10 minutes away. No city noise at night. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

We had a great stay at the Jasper House Bungalows. Beautiful view of the mountain and a river in the back with a trail around the site. Down town Jasper was only 10 minutes away. No city noise at night. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Felt right at home as soon as we arrived. The room was quite clean and we enjoyed backing out onto the forest/river. Location right off the highway offered great access to the park. Only constructive feedback I would offer is could have used a little more room in the unit. All in all - a great place to relax after a day of exploring.

Great little cabins right on the river. 5 min drive from town of Jasper. Pretty and quiet setting. Comfortable, nice restaurant on site.

Property backs onto Athabasca river. Saw river rafters and kayakers every afternoon after our hikes. Saw deer at dusk walking along the river. 5 minute drive into Jasper. Numerous elks along the side of the road….be careful driving

The check in staff very helpful and friendly. Loved the river, easy walk to it. Enjoyed listening to the rain on the roof. Parking right in front of bungalows. Five minute drive to Jasper. Coffee machine didn't work right. Bugs in room. Fridge handy. The best part was the elk right in the middle of the complex! Restaurant not open for breakfast and limited afternoon abd evening hours. Overall convenient to everything around jasper.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The room was ample and clean. It’s not really walkable to town but the restaurant on site had fantastic food which was not overpriced. Really enjoyed our 2 nights here.

Front desk and restaurant staff were super friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Good at the restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. I was surprised at just how good. Our unit was clean and likeable but the bathroom could have been a bit bigger. It’s difficult to find something wrong with our stay.

Food at restaurant was good. But stay was not at relaxing. In 2 bedroom bungalow only one fan was there. It was really hot day. I Requested for 2nd one at reception since we were family of 4. But was told that extra fans have been ordered ? My 4 year old did not slept until late midnight until it got cooler outside. Next day at check out spoke to other lady at reception and she said there was extra fan and if someone needs an extra fan we give them. Also wifi did not work at all. On asking at reception was told there is tour group using most of it so that’s the reason they will leave tomorrow early morning and will work better afterwards. And yes it worked in the morning. Our family wanted restful sleep for next day long driving hours but did not worked that way.

Very clean, rustic cottage style suites with everything you need in the kitchen. Beautiful property right on the river with amazing mountain views. Lots of areas to walk nearby. The restaurant on site surprised us with how good it was. The elk tacos were a highlight.

Great location and excellent food at the restaurant. The service was also excellent. But the property itself was older. The shingles on top of the roof are very old. The windows were hard to open. The inside was somewhat small for the amount of money we paid. Provied a desk instead of dining table.
