Hermann Crown Suites

Let people know where their room is before booking. Ours was a block away & up a long& steep set of stairs! (The cat suite). It was very inconvenient & difficult for these 70yo bicyclists. There was coffee, but no tea available in the room.

Would definitely stay there again!

Check in was quick and easy. The staff was super friendly and gave us two free drink coupons for the basement bar. We also received two free breakfast buffet coupons. The breakfast was mediocre. We stayed in the fireman’s suite. It was very clean and decorated very nicely. The pillows were HORRIBLE and the king size bed needs to be replaced. There are sink holes on each side where people have slept over the years. The hotel is centrally located to bars and restaurants.

Great location and had all we needed as travelers on the Katy Trail. The staff was wonderful. Big breakfast to start the day.

The room was very clean and the staff was really nice. We would have liked to have more places to sit and or hand up our items. Our mattress also didn’t have a frame under it so it dig sag a little but overall is an enjoyable place to stay.
