Everything was great except the late weekend breakfast and the noisy 1am drunk people partying in the hallway. Otherwise, I loved it.

For the money, this was by far one of the better places I've stayed at in quite some time. Clean, comfy beds, quiet. Ice machine was out of order on the 1st floor but other than that, no complaints. Breakfast was even pretty decent. Stayed there on the way thru to get to where I was going and liked it so much I booked the same room for my return trip the following week. Both stays were good.

Staff were excellent! We showed up earlier than expected and they were able to let us check in early. Room was clean. Beds were comfy. Breakfast each morning was phenomenal! They accommodated our dog being with us on the trip. We will definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area!

The room and common areas were amazingly clean. The night staff was excellent. The day staff made big mistakes in trying to charge items and the person that made the mistake kept saying all was good and not listening when I asked if my room had been double charged (Expedia and to my credit card) and they said yes but it was refunded. When I asked for a receipt only then did they say they were taking about the food charges. It was not clear to me that my credit card had not been charged because it had been paid for by me through Expedia already. I liked the night staff and the hotel Is clean but I do not trust the day staff with my credit card information because when they make a mistake they do not listen when you ask them a question about how they corrected it. So will need to find somewhere else to stay when in Hutchinson.

The room was clean and had no odor. The temperature was nice and cool in the room considering it was on the top floor. The front desk people were friendly and courteous. I didn't have any interactions with the rest of the staff. My showerhead did leak from the top of it causing it to drip on the faucet below with a bit of an annoying regularity. But the water pressure was good and the shower was nice and hot. The exhaust fan had the steamy air cleaned out in short order.
