We were put in the farthest room away from everything except the door to a back parking lot. Ground floor with big windows and curtains that barley fit had to be closed thru the whole stay. I asked to be moved but were denied bc of booking thru hotels.com. Breakfast was usually cold and it was the worse tasting coffee. Fresh fruit looked old. One positive was large refrigerator & freezer to keep our ice packs frozen & cooler items all fit. The TV was on a wall between seating area & bed, it had to be swiveled side to side to watch from either space, but curtains blocked one side of TV, no way to pull out from the wall. Bed was comfortable but pillows were very flat. Bathroom layout was odd, no place to hang towels or clothing, hand soap in dispenser was on far end of sink counter instead of close to running water. We have stayed at many Homewood Suites in the past and had wonderful experiences, this one was not up to expected standards.

The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. My family had a wonderful time in Panama City

Very clean and well maintained. Mary at check in was very help full. Pool very inviting. Would definitely stay again

The breakfast was freash and tasted good. The parking was available and safe and all of the staff were very polite. I really enjoyed my stay!
