Très mauvaise expérience dans cet hôtel. À notre arrivée, la chambre n’était pas propre. Nous avons demandé un nouveau passage de la femme de ménage, mais malgré cela, le nettoyage restait insuffisant : toilettes sales, sol mal nettoyé, etc. Ne parlons pas des cafards qui font leur vie… Le ménage n’est effectué qu’un jour sur deux, ce qui est étonnant pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. Le restaurant de l’hôtel était également très décevant, les repas étaient immangeables. Nous y avons séjourné une semaine et le petit-déjeuner était toujours identique, avec très peu de variété. De plus, une serveuse du petit-déjeuner (la blonde) n’était pas aimable du tout. Concernant l’hygiène, cela laisse aussi à désirer : elle utilisait le même torchon pour nettoyer le sol puis les tables entre les clients. Je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel. Les photos présentes sur Expedia ne correspondent pas à la réalité actuelle. Enfin, contrairement à ce qui est annoncé, il n’y a pas d’aire de jeux pour les enfants.

The staff were excellent. The room was spotless. We had a heavy downpour on or first night which caused a slight issue with our room. The following morning I reported this to reception and she told me she would send up a maintenance man to have a look. Within 15 mins the man arrived and said we will change your room. He left and five mins later reception rang to say they were changing our room.I have to give the staff at reception 10/10 for such a prompt response. caused a slight issue in the room. The next morning I reported .

We went in January for some winter sun, we were very much looking forward to our first family holiday with our 10 month old, relaxing by the pool. It was really disappointing and upsetting that we could not use the pool due to the extremely cold water temperature, I feel this is something that should be made clear to potential customers when they are booking, especially regarding the temperature of the baby pool. The whole point in our hotel selection was that we would have a pool to play and relax in. It was also incredibly disappointing and frustrating that despite asking multiple times at reception, there was no bar service at either the pool bar or the lobby bar, even though we "rang the bell for attention" and waited for 20 minutes on multiple occasions. Whenever this was mentioned to reception they just said "try again". We also picked a hotel based on the fact that we would be able to relax on the grounds with the baby, and use the bar for refreshments. Very upset that we spent over £1200 on a hotel and could not use the pool or bar at any point. The vegetarian meal options were also terrible e.g. mashed aubergine wrapped in courgette and called "ravioli". The meat options all came with something to accompany the meat e.g. potatoes and sauces, and looked very appetising, but the vegetarian option (1 per day) did not. The good points included the excellent restaurant staff who were so friendly and so helpful, they worked really hard during each dinner service!
