My stay at VittorioVeneto126 was the worst accommodation experience I have ever had, despite having travelled to over eight countries and stayed in various types of accommodation, including hostels. There was a delay in receiving the check-in instructions, and I had to repeatedly request them. The room had serious hygiene issues: I suffered from allergic rhinitis every night, possibly due to dust on the plastic decorations and curtains. The bathroom had a strong sewage smell, apparently coming from the shower drain. The walls were also very thin, and I could clearly hear guests in the neighbouring room snoring. However, the worst part was the treatment I received from Gianpaolo, the person in charge. On my last day, after a guest stayed overnight in my room, I was accused of not paying the €3 city tax for that person, which I didn't know it was necessary. I immediately agreed to pay and sent a photo of the guest’s ID, with some numbers obscured for privacy. Instead of clarifying what additional information was required, Gianpaolo threatened to call the police. As a foreign woman travelling in Italy, I found this approach intimidating and disproportionate, especially since I was willing to resolve the matter. The incident caused considerable stress and negatively affected my trip. Given the poor hygiene, noise, communication problems, and especially the way I was treated, I cannot recommend VittorioVeneto126.

A FUIR ! Après avoir réservé la chambre j'ai reçu un message de leur part en me disant que si j'ai besoin d'une place de parking de les prévenir, chose que j'ai faite dès le lendemain. Plusieurs relances ont été faites, mes messages ont été ignorés mais par contre quand c'était pour me demander de payer la taxe de séjour j'ai bien vu que vous savez comment faire. J'ai galéré à trouver un vrai contact jusqu'au dernier jour, qui m'a donné les accès et m'a également indiqué ne plus avoir de places de parking et m'a gentiment redirigé vers un parking de la ville à 20 euros la journée alors que cela faisait 1 mois que je les relançais ainsi qu'hotel.com Ce sont des menteurs que ce soit auprès du client mais la plateforme de réservation car ils se vantent de m'avoir porté assistance mais quand je les ai contacté pour différents problèmes (draps troués/tachés, bruit incessant de la rue, lieux très mal insonorisés nous entendons ce qui se passent chez les voisins qu'ils hébergent sans rentrer dans les détails, saleté, fenêtre qui donne sur un gros spot lumineux la nuit avec un pauvre rideau pour le cacher) je n'ai bien évidemment pas eu de réponse alors que les message a été lu. Lieux bruyant, sale et inconfortable (bien plus petit que sur les photos), il aurait été aussi appréciable de ne pas se faire réveiller par quelqu'un qui tape dans notre porte en criant. REFLECHISSEZ BIEN POUR VOS RESERVATIONS.
