Great hotel, but be careful in the bathroom, the shower floor is EXTREMELY slippery. Take your own mat or put a towel down in the shower to be safe.

This hotel is top notch. The check in was great. The 2 ladies were cheerful and very helpful. Rooms were awesome. They were clean and had a great view of the surrounding countryside. The maintenance staff was wonderful, especially Robert and Brad. We had left a few items and they made sure that we were able to get the items we had left back. The hotel adjoins a restaurant and casino. Food was great and the gaming was fun, plis ghe machines paid out well. All in all, a great experience in northwest Oklahoma. Plus you get to know about the Cheyenne and Arapaho People and their culture. Watonga Oklahoma is fortunate to have the Lucky Star Hotel and Casino.

Our check in was quick and the room was clean and spacious. The staff was very helpful with two special requests. The onsite restaurant was very good with great prices. The location was easy to find, well lit and felt safe. I would definitely stay here again if ever in that area again.

The cleanliness was fine. However! We had NO HOT WATER!!!! I told the desk person 3 days in a row. They kept telling me they would let someone know. Out of a 4 night stay we had enough hot water for 1 shower on the 2nd night. Asked about compensation when we checked and was told they would let the manager know to contac me, that was almost 12 hours ago and still have Not heard from the manager.
