The parking lot is in need of repair. The stairs to go upstairs are horrible as well as the walkway. The room clearly had been chewed by a dog( the door frames and rugs) The toilet ran for an extended period of time. The bathroom floor was filthy as was the shower (and clearly old) There is no phone in the room if there is a need to contact the front desk or a 911 call. VERY UNSAFE

We didn't get a room with a sleeper sofa. However they provided a blow up mattress. There wasn't a hair dryer in the room. There were huge pot holes in the driveway. the breakfast was good.

The room was very clean and with enough space in it. Decent breakfast. The exterior of the motel is in horrible conditions (stairs/deck carpet totally wrecked, for instance) and there's no a pedestrian pathway tò reach out to the closest dining venues)

Easy check in, room was clean and comfortable and contained a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Free Continental breakfast included. The exterior building and property grounds seem a little run-down and is located on busy road so there was some road noise. Price was reasonable

Little noisy expected near the highway. Bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast ok, waffles, bagels, coffee, juice, didn’t refill yogurt on the second day. Hotel needs major upgrade! Hall carpeting taped together, the window in our room was cracked, maid service didn’t come in after the first night to clean and restock. Talked to other guests who didn’t have hot water and tv that didn’t work. O

Convenient/safe parking. Smoking pavilion across the parking lot, but still smelled outside. But better than outside the rooms. We are non-smokers- room had no offensive odors. Toilet tank filled every 10 minutes. Closed the door, and didn't hear it. In-room Microwave in the cabinet, but almost on floor. (Inconvenient and unsafe.) Woman supplying breakfast items was exceptional and accommodating. Assisted with other items too. We would stay again.

I enjoyed our stay, but going outside to take out my dog was unsettling. The emviornment and people that where there made me feel like i was in the most run down, back alley motel bates area. The motel was clean, shower was weird and hard to figure out. Enjoyed the continetal breakfast and all the available stores around. Too much dog poo in the dog area. It needs to be policed a bit more, my dog refuaed to poop anywhere on the property because it was covered in poop everywhere. As soon as we left and went to another location he pooped. Bags should be available in the dispensers for clean up, barrels should be emptied so it doesnt smell awful. Overall, I gave 3 stars. I see areas of improvement and i see where they really have no choice for certain things with no fault of their own. If they are, however, charging a pet fee they should at least also make sure the area for the pets are well maintained.

First day of check in the room smelled like someone had been frying in grease, Even though there is no smoking or vaping in the rooms 20 feet from the building, i saw someone smoking or vaping right outside their room as well as smoking in their cars that were parked right up against the building, the parking lot is full of large deep potholes that are hard to see in the dark.

Shower/tub was disgusting, overall room was dirty, we didn't sleep under the covers and wore flip flops as it was not worth 299 us per night. I would have rather rented a 400 room if it was any better. I will definitely not recommend and if there was another available room elsewhere I would have never rented Queen City Inn

We got our rooms and one of rooms wasn’t even cleaned. Dirty laundry everywhere. The second room has so much water damage on the walls and the ceiling was peeling. Just terrible

The carpet in the room was filthy. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. Staff was slow to refill breakfast items, but the clerk was friendly and helpful. The parking lot needed repair, and there was trash in the parking lot and in the sidewalks. The room itself was comfortable.

There was other peoples hair on the floor in the bathroom. There was still a poop stain in the toilet. The cleaning lady definitely didnt clean the bathroom. So i had to wipe everything down. The bedroom smelt like spray over whelming amount. The breakfast was alright. Not much to choose from. Waffle machine doesnt work right. The beds are so uncomfortable. Definitely not worth the money to stay.

The bed was very comfortable and clean that’s what was important. The tv worked well. The room was clean enough, but the carpet was tired and could really use a shampoo or replacement and the bathtub was very tired looking. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. Property is showing it age, but is clean. The highway noise is constant and reduces in the rooms but still quite loud. The free breakfast is good and the staff are very polite and friendly. This is a travelling overnight hotel and is good for the price.

Heard lots of road noise from cars going by hotel and people talking as they walked by room. Heard bathroom fan noise from the other rooms next to from behind and under my second floor room till around 1 am when they got turned off. Then I was able to get some sleep.

My mom and i were on a shopping trip from Nova Scotia. We had a great stay here. We really liked that we could back the car right up to our room as it makes loading the shopping bags quick and easy. The room was really clean, had a nice size fridge and microwave. The staff was super friendly and bent over backward to help especially when our TV wouldnt work right. Thank you for such an awesome stay. We will be back.

First room I checked into was gross carpets were old building itself is old and rundown room was musty. Staff were accommodating to change my room. The airport van is unreliable as it is shared between this motel and its sister motel so inconveniencing if you have to be at the airport at a specific time. The staff did there best with what they are given felt bad for them. Wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to anyone else for the price I paid.

Bare bones, place to sleep and shower. Considering the price of the competition it was basic and affordable. Some long term guests, workers, can be roudy, partying outside but the front desk was not willing to intervene.

The initial gentleman checking me in took forever with not only the person in front of me but myself as well. Demanded I physically hand him my credit card which I was not comfortable doing since I had booked online and was planning on using Samsung Pay at the POS. I get needing to see an ID and a card but last I checked we see with our eyes not our hands. Then getting into the room itself, I was less than impressed. None of the outlets on the side where the bed was worked at all. No lamps nothing. I had one working lamp and a TV that seems to have been around since the 90s and worse for wear. The whole of it all seemed really dingy and dark. The only positive experience was the young lady that checked me out. Lines in the parking lot are almost non-existent and the parking lot as a whole could use a lot of work. Overall the entire building itself looks run-down. I cannot say in good conscience I will be back to this location if I'm coming up for vacation in Bangor.

The room was clean. The motel was pretty run down. Staff was nice. Front desk equipment needs updating. They claim to to updating, but we stayed there last year and saw no improvement on the interior or exterior. I was disappointed to read they are claiming to make improvements. I'd like to know where?. It was fine for a place to sleep, but they should adjust their pricing by at least $75 per night or legitimately invest in bettering the establishment.

The bed was very comfortable and clean that’s what was important. The tv worked well. The room was clean enough, but the carpet was tired and could really use a shampoo or replacement and the bathtub was very tired looking. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. Conveniently located near the airport!

The Inn is very long and there were construction/tape in many places of the inn. It was dirty in many places. The carpets were in bad condition. For breakfast, there were only two tables. Many people were standing around for breakfast. But the good thing was the staff was organized to refill the items regularly. So there were enough for all the people.

Property is showing it age, but is clean. The highway noise is constant and reduces in the rooms but still quite loud. The free breakfast is good and the staff are very polite and friendly. This is a travelling overnight hotel and is good for the price.

Excellent customer service. Everything was clean. The breakfast was good. The shuttle to the amphitheater was incredible. Great price and experience.

Old and outdated everything! Carpet was sticky so we never took our shoes off. Poor reception on the television so everything was fuzzy. I would recommend you find any other place to spend your money!

STAY FAR AWAY ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE KIDS! The staff was friendly, but unfortunately that is the only positive thing I can say about this place. We were in the room for maybe 10 minutes before walking right back out. The lobby was gross and dirty, and the room was even worse. There were stains all over the carpet, white stuff on the mattress, and pubic hair in the shower. After seeing the condition of the room, there was absolutely no way we were staying there. If you have little kids, STAY FAR AWAY. I would not consider this place clean, comfortable, or kid-friendly at all. Thankfully, we were able to get a refund, which was the only good thing to come out of this experience. I would NEVER book here again and absolutely would not recommend it.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent with bagels, waffles, hard boiled eggs, and cereal. Restaurants were close by but did close early! The deadbolt on one of the rooms did not work at all and the smell of marijuana was quite prevalent.
